Then they doubled down on it. In the Peace On Earth Gimme Presents Shirt besides I will buy this 50s, the tax laws were changed to deduct the cost of employer provided health insurance from the income tax so there was every incentive to increase compensating people this way until it was all but the only way. Tipping as a necessary wage supplement needs to end. Employers should pay their employees and add it to the price of the goods or take it from their profits. Let me tip because they gave great service, not because it’s socially mandatory. Employers should pay their employees a fair wage and eat the cost of it imho. And if they can’t make their margins work then go out of business. We’ll survive with a few less restaurants. Funny how in America customers who don’t tip are called entitled, but not the restaurant owners that want to have employees do their work, but not get paid.

Peace On Earth Gimme Presents Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s always that way. Small people not paying up are entitled and rude, some slimy owner pinching pennies is a go-getter, a winner. Then pay them what they earn on average. Put the Peace On Earth Gimme Presents Shirt besides I will buy this price on the food and make tipping optional … like everywhere else in the world. My aunt had an aneurysm because people didn’t want to hike up a mountain in the early morning, so she could take Christmas photos on this beautiful cliff No one wanted to drive eight hours to go to a beach the day after Christmas. She ate all of these really lofty ideas about what we should be doing. I think it depends on the person. I’d pick exploring a new country over being cooped up inside any day, but im not going to force or ask anyone to join who doesn’t want to. Sometimes exploring is more vacationy than doing nothing. I have to admit I like doing lots of things when I travel, not for the pics but because I feel I’m losing my money if I just sit around all day doing nothing. Just because it was a tradition, and because of one doctor did it on the regular a long time ago. Doesn’t make it worth it if you put patients lives at risk by having your medical staff sleep deprived. With everything we have learned about sleep, a 8 hours (to at most an extreme 12 hour) day should be a limit. This one is just bonkers to me. It’s like having a tradition where the whole pro sports team stays up all night doing blow and getting wasted before every game. Just the opposite of what you should do to ensure peak performance. Except with much higher stakes with people potentially dying and all. It makes no sense
