Are you a 8 year caterpillar that hasn’t bloomed into a butterfly? I would talk to your boss about the Pam Ravenscroft True Blood Poster Shirt and by the same token and issue, including if there is anything you are doing wrong or could improve. If that talk isn’t taken seriously, then move on, if you find yourself in this spot again at the next job, maybe consider your approach being the issue. start looking elsewhere with general IT and so many years experience u can make that anywhere even as a starter IT person. Simple: give him an ultimatum-pay you more than the new hires, or accept your resignation. Effective immediately. They won’t stop this practice until they keep getting fucked over for it. Fuck them over. $10 to $18 in the course of 11 years? That’s not 4-5 promotions bud, that’s just regular ass cost of living increase for the role.

Pam Ravenscroft True Blood Poster Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I mean ffs, if you got a 50 cent raise each year you’d be at $15.50, $2.50/hr gap between that and $81. You telling me that is 5 promotions? Then you got a 50 cent bump per promotion, go somewhere else where you’ll get paid properly. Is it fair? Yes. You negotiated your salary to your satisfaction. The new hire negotiated to their satisfaction. Is it good management? Absolutely not. Now that you found out, you’re not happy. And rightfully so. Your management chain sucks. This is a pretty serious oversight. I’d have a hard time imagining this is the Pam Ravenscroft True Blood Poster Shirt and by the same token and only example of how they suck at management. This isn’t something that just happens. This is an indication your manager does not have your interests in mind. Work on finding a new company in a timeline that is in your interests. Maybe that means now. Maybe that means sucking it up for a given time. Only you know this.
