If I were OP. Call the Oswego High School Class Of 1973 Alumni shirt it is in the first place but scaffolding company and tell them you refuse access. Then try and call the landlord or their agents and tell them you are unhappy with their neglectful mishandling of the situation. And that you will reconsider scaffolding proposals at a convenient time. (In several months, I’m assuming, after OP has had work done on their own house)I’m assuming court orders etc for putting scaffolding up is just for putting scaffolding up. If the property is very close to the border say, you can’t be expected tradesmen and materials to be transported through your property? NAL, but I am a scaffolder. There are ways around building on your land. The scaffold can be built to avoid basically anything, including not even touching the ground.

Again, be polite or deal with the consequences. Scaffs will take zero lip and will respect you for respecting them. We have a bad reputation, and a little of it is earned, but we are human beings at the end of the day and should be treated accordingly.
