Not sure if it’s a major life change, but it boosted my confidence a lot. Being able to do it all on my own, in foreign countries where I didn’t speak a word of local language, far from home, and overcome hiccups and difficulties that arose on the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this way – it just made me see myself in a completely new light. Decided not to go to law school. Instead chose a career that allows me to have more pto and not work myself to death. I had the realization that I could/should go home and apply to medicine while I was on a big 10-month solo trip. Influenced by a friend and doctor that I met while travelling in India Time in Japan really changed how I organized and cleaned my house. Like keeping glasses in the freezer in summer so drinks are chilled. And just having less stuff in general, so you can see more of the floor, and wiping it down daily. But I learned that from living with Japanese people for months, not necessarily a vacation.
Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt: Show Your Love with Style
In 2017, I recall feeling restless, a bit trapped, it’d been 12 months since I’d travelled anywhere. I looked up flights for the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this following day, and before I knew it I was on a one way ticket to Stockholm, in deep midwinter. In the time I was there, I met someone, we eventually married, had a kid together and I now live there six months of the year. I feel substantially more comfortable approaching/befriending/chatting with strangers; it’s also helped me not take people being cold/rude to being chatted up randomly so personally. I graduated college at 22, said I would just take a year and travel off and on when I saved money working off jobs. Vowed that after a year, I would get a teaching job in my home city because my degree is in education.
One year became 2 years. I spent last summer backpacking around East Asia alone for 3 months. Told everyone “alright, I definitely will start a real career next year”. Next year is here, 2024. And I have decided I’m not ready to settle, all the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this traveling I did only made me love it and want it more. I’m leaving for a year this time to travel the world alone. I plan to go through Central Asia, explore some parts of China I’ve never been to, maybe hit up Georgia, Armenia, Oman, and some of central Europe and the Balkans. I realized out there on my travels that I’ve got my entire life to come back home and have a career and a slow but stable life. But I wouldn’t be in my early/mid twenties forever when I could still handle the hostels and the weight of my backpack on my back and the energy to meet new people and hangout with them every night. So I guess you could say I did make some major life choices at this point in time due to traveling.

More about this Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt
I went solo travelling for real this time last year, hit Australia, New Zealand and Thailand for almost 2 months. Went to Florence and New York later in the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this year. Currently on a flight to Bogota, no return flight booked, gonna stay out in South America for as long as I can afford. Broke up with my partner, moved back into my mum’s house. Now my only real outgoings are on travel. There’s too much to see I became a lot more independent after living abroad. My worldview changed a lot (became irreligious, more accepting to other ways of life). Minor inconveniences that seem to set off tantrums in the US barely register on my radar after living in Tier-3 China. Clean air? Drinkable tap water? Sweet. I feel better equipped to be unfazed by a larger amount of bullshit.
Yes. I have decided I no longer want to go back or settle down in my country.. I only go once a year to visit family and friends. Yes it has def made me realize I need to network with ppl who love to travel. Also my trip to DR really motivated my drive for sure. They made me realize I can step it up a whole lot to do the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this things I really want to do. I had always wanted to live overseas but was never really set on where to go. I also didn’t really have a career that was very mobile in that sense. In 2019 I was staying in a hostel in New York City and hit it off with one of my roommates. We had a lot of fun exploring the city together for about two days. We kept in touch intermittently over the years. Eventually he bought his own place in Melbourne and asked me if I wanted to rent the spare room. So I said fuck it, why not, quit my job, got my working holiday visa and we lived together for about six months. If it weren’t for him, I probably would not have ended up in Australia, where I’m currently absolutely vibing and enjoying the heck outta life.
I’m an introvert, and I love spending time with myself already. Solo travel is just another chance for me to enjoy some good ME time, and experiece new cultures. It has also taught me more about my stengths, and my weaknesses…that seem to disappear with each trip! And travel teaches me that “Less is more” is very true. I’m in rural areas of SE Asia every now and then, and to see how people make do with what they have really opened my eyes. In a positive way. I don’t need to “keep up with the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this Joneses to be happy”! Be happy with what you have. It’s enough! During my trip to SK, I discovered a sort of inner peace in a Confusian Temple on Jeju. Might be the start of a new journey for me. Who knows?! Looking at 2 possible destinations for the Fall, but as soon as I set foot in an airport, I get excited…ready for new adventures.
A big one! I live in a very flat and poor state in the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this south. I have always had a nomadic spirit and save all my money for traveling. I did a solo road trip through Oregon this past August. It set my soul on fire and I became pretty depressed when I returned. I finally realized after many years that I can’t continue living in my current environment. It is depressing and dismal. I am moving to Colorado in May and so excited! I’ve sunk a lot of time and money into learning French after my second time visiting Paris, but that’s about it. Traveling made me more independent. After a solo trip, I felt more confident. Started doing things on my own more often, not just travel I decided that I wanted to change my life and do something I wouldn’t regret later which was join the military and be and officer.
Yes!! After lots of solo trips in Asia and elsewhere, a full year in Africa completely changed my outlook. When I got home I realised how lucky I am to have the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this level of opportunity I had/have and more actively started pursuing my career. I bought a house, moved cities, and am now have a senior job. You could say Africa was so full-on it knocked the hippie out of me. I also now appreciate having a local police service more than I ever thought possible. Possibly not the insights you were seeking but that was my experience! Last March I made my first solo trip out of the country, surely didn’t go as expected. I was way too shy and a people-pleaser but I didn’t let that bring me down. I learned a lot from strangers in LA. After a concert, an Uber driver gave me a speech on trusting myself which I always go back to when needed. I met this guy whose personality inspired me to not bend my boundaries. A total stranger gave me a cup of fruit, just out of his heart he looked really happy (I saw as he bought it, nothing shady added) which taught me it’s okay to be treated nicely (My parents raised me to reject gifts or pay them back immediately).
I met with an online friend, and I think she could see right through my people-pleaser tendencies as we haven’t talked since then, but the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this way she spoke about her hobbies, courses, and poems inspired me to culturally grow. Since covid, everything went down but 2023 was my year of recovery. Later on, I took a solo trip to SF. It made me realize that I still need polishing lol but it’s okay. I was born and raised in SF and later moved to a different country. I never went to Alcatraz till that trip which made me realize I’ve checked a lot of boxes child me had on her bucket list. I cried on my way back to the airport lol. I don’t feel the same as a year ago and a lot has to do with these experiences. Sometimes I feel ashamed of how much I’ve spent, but hadn’t I gone on those trips I would probably have more money in the bank but a lot of bitterness in my soul. Before my solo trip to Mexico & Central America, I distinctly remember being very anxious about safety, food, and whether I’d even enjoy the trip or not. I started getting a feeling that I made a huge mistake.
As it turns out, it was one of the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this best decisions of my entire life. I came out of it with a newfound confidence, a bigger desire for travel, and the powerful knowledge that there are places in the world which are very, very different to how they are portrayed by the media. Mexico in particular was worlds away from what you read in the news. Most of all, I learned that there are kind, wonderful people everywhere in the world. There are, of course, bad parts and bad people as well, but a vast majority of people the world over are just living their life. First time I traveled I backpacked through parts of Europe, China, an South East Asia. Ended up moving back to China for 4 years of and on. Met my wife, got married, moved to Singapore together, have been here for almost ten years, had a baby last year and are about to buy a house here. I decided life is too short to not travel and that I’d love to live in a city close to other countries I’d like to visit on trips. Living in Bratislava on a tri-border really opens your eyes. One could argue my home city Sofia isn’t too far from Serbia and North Macedonia buy I’m not interested in them and their cultures are really too similar. Romania seems more exotic speaking a Romance language and the French influence on Bucharest so I’m considering moving in Ruse.
I was kinda hoping travel would change me a little. In a way it did, especially solo travel. I learnt to rely on myself more to make decisions and gotten more confident that I can work out how navigate around foreign public transport systems. I learnt that I can approach randoms and ask for help with directions or strike up conversations at hostels. I was all about saving money and saving for the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this future. I went to Europe for the first time in 2022 with my cousin and my aunt and uncle. Aunt and uncle are in their 70s, didn’t really go out much because they got tired easily, so it was just me and my cousin exploring. I realized that I don’t want to be like them, I don’t want to wait to travel until I retired. You can always earn money. I want to enjoy life now, I’m in my 30s btw.
So many brave and adventurous people here. I’m just one solo trip down but I sure love telling people I did it and want to go again. I feel like I’m also giving my similar older friends the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this inspiration to try it too. For me it’s given me the freedom and confidence to pick my own destinations and know I’ll be fine. I’ve been to Paris a few times and I found that I preferred the Parisian way of dressing. I felt most comfortable there when I wore a black shirt and black jeans or dark blue jeans, along with simple sneakers. I mostly wear black now along with some neutrals. I used to wear plaid shirts a lot and dress kind of office casual/preppy—not anymore! I’ve been interested in clothes for a long time, and I used to dress to make a positive impression and look “respectable” and put together in an office environment. Now I dress like a stereotypical musician or bartender or artist. It’s easier and feels more stylish. It’s freeing to let go of my old wardrobe that feels, in retrospect, like it was calculated to garner the approval of others. Luckily, I work in a very casual field, so I don’t need to dress a certain way to go to work. My typical outfit is black boots or black & white sneakers, black or dark blue jeans, a black t-shirt, along with a black sweatshirt or over-shirt, and finally a black jacket or coat. Sometimes I’ll wear a camel overcoat or gray-green scarf, but I keep it simple and I keep color to a minimum.
I have confidence that I can see the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this world and I don’t have to wait to meet Mr.Right or to fit into friends vacation plans. I can dictate when to go, where to go and how it all looks. And although travelling with friends has it’s enjoyable aspects solo travel was way more fun than I dreamed. I’m middle aged and I’ve live my life in a rural place of 1000 people with no street lights to speak of – and I traipsed through Central Europe alone and managed to navigate the transit system of Budapest! It was empowering and opened up so many possibilities. Best thing I ever did, just for me.
Someone in my PE class didn’t bring his kit in one day. The PE teacher was all up in his shit about it and the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this kid said he didn’t bring his kit because his gran was cremated the day before. One day, he went out quickly to get some stuff he’d sent to the printer and didn’t return for about an hour. When he did, he burst into the room and made the most glorious Freudian slip I’ve ever heard. See, he was supposed to say, ‘Sorry, guys, I was on my way to the printer when I ran into a bit of a snag and got sidetracked’. Unfortunately, he actually declared aloud, ‘Sorry guys, I was on my way to the printer when I ran into a bit of a slag and got sidetracked’. A 15yo girl was putting makeup on whilst waiting to go see pastoral guy. Teacher walks past and says “Do you want a shovel to help you there?” Reminds me of Chewin The Fat – “you can start asking questions like that when your face is the same colour as your neck”. The whole rant is lost to the sands of time, but when I was in about year 9, one of the girls made a joke about the teacher staring at her chest. This led to a good 5 minute talk about the dangers of making such accusations. I’m paraphrasing, but it was along the lines of: “Charlotte, when you say something like that, I don’t think you fully understand the damage you can do. If somebody were to overhear you, and take it seriously, my career would be over in a heartbeat. I could find myself investigated by the police. My own children could be taken from me, or my wife could be forced to leave me with the children to ensure that social services don’t consider her to be an unfit parent for staying with me during the investigation. I’d never be able to teach – a job I’ve trained for and considered it a privilege to do for over 30 years – again. People would believe that there’s no smoke without fire, and my home could be targeted. I could be physically attacked, and I may have to move to a different city and start a new life under a different name. And that’s assuming it’s all cleared up – if not, I could end up going to prison, where I’d be considered the lowest of the low and would likely have to stay with the worst kinds of perverts, because it wouldn’t be considered safe to have me in the same block as other criminals. Accusations like that could literally ruin a persons life.
Now if I was going to risk all that just to look at a students chest, don’t you think I’d at least choose one of the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this pretty ones?” I was wondering how this was going to end and it didn’t disappoint. I can’t imagine a teacher would get away with saying that now but back when I was at school 70s/80s that sort of stuff was allowed. No, in the 70s and 80s the teacher could have a good look without any fear of reprisals. In the 90s and maybe the early 2000s he could get away with this comment. Ahh see we had a sixth form lead that was the other way. He made WAY too many jokes about how ‘some girls were wearing tops so low he could accidentally fall into them’. I mean, he wasn’t wrong, some of the outfits were ridiculously revealing. But there were probably less creepy ways of indicating you had noticed that 16/17 yo girls looked a little chilly. We briefly had an Indian student teacher for maths when I was in year 8. Leaning over one lad’s desk, the kid said loudly, “Eurgh, is that curry? Can you smell curry sir?” and the guy replied, “Usually I smell curry, but near you I only smell shit.” There was a mass intake of breath and lots of nervous laughter because he’d not only retorted beautifully, but he’d sworn as well. The kid instantly got all smirkingly indignant. “I can’t believe you said that, I’m gonna tell [headmaster], I’m gonna tell my mum and dad,” to which the fella replied, “You go ahead. You tell them I said you stink of shit, I’ll tell them why.” Word spread and even kids from other classes were pretending they could smell shit around this lad for months.
Bear in mind this was the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this mid 90’s when kids were actually quite unhinged when it came to racism, homophobia or any kind of intolerance, at least in my school anyway. I assume and hope things are better now. We had an English teacher that was absolutely brilliant at his job, but quite frankly didn’t like everything that came with teaching. If there was ever a strict rule that came into force he would be the first to pooh-pooh it and as a result we all gained a lot of respect for him It wasn’t so much what he said, it’s what he did. Sometimes he would just go completely off the wall. One day he brought in a drum kit. Another, we had all been watching Shawshank Redemption as part of a coursework topic on film. He loved it so much that he decided to host his own and locked a really shitty kid in the cupboard behind his desk (walk in wardrobe sized) and joked that he would need to Andy Dufrane his way out. Well the kid, who had actually taken a shine to the teacher, decided to make him proud, so climbed the shelves and took a ceiling tile out to climb into the ceiling and back into our classroom. Cue him making an almighty mess with tiles strewn across the floor, and I’ll never forget the caretaker coming in and we all stood by and backed the teacher when he tried explaining that they had just “fallen out” after what seemed like a gust of wind from the window. We all were trying not to laugh so much.
Had a similar English teacher. Mr P. Absolutely barmy. The school even made him take vacation when OFSTED came to visit. My English teacher was the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this reason I became a teacher. I can’t remember any particular anecdotes that would rate as funny, but he recognised that I was bullied by a lot of my class and managed it so well that his room was one of very few safe spaces for me. Had an Indian lad playing up in a biology class, teacher told him to go out the room, lad replied “is it coz I iz black” , it was early 00s so peak Ali-G era, teacher replied ” no its coz you’re being a C**t now get out of my classroom”. There was a rumour that one of the elder English teachers in my school used to “please” herself with a carrot. Was obviously just made up by teenagers who didn’t like her but she never once let it get to her and was incredibly stern / never joked.
In year 11, nearing the Orioles I Will Remember For You Alzheiner’s Awarness Shirt also I will do this end of our time in school we’d grown quite fond of her. She was a great teacher after all who was passionate and taught us well. We were talking amongst ourselves about something crude and she walked past and said “You’d better stop that conversation or I’ll get the carrot out” and carried on walking like nothing. She was about 70, has the voice of a 60 a day smoker, looked like Lilly Savage, and had a laugh like Sid James. She didn’t give a shit, and it was amazing! We loved having her! She didn’t remember names, so gave kids nicknames which were always a bit questionable, but the one that stands out was what Lucy got. Lucy was ‘Lastic’. We, as a class, asked why, and she casually explained – ‘Lastic! Like loose elastic! Because I bet your knickers are always falling down around the boys!’, followed by that Sid James dirty cackle.
