When I came to Saigon in 2018 sunwah and Saigon pearl were all ghost towers, no electricity and look eerie from faraway. Now it’s quite lively. Yes I watch Duong Global here and there, solid lawyer in real life but take his YouTube and other YouTubers with a bit grain of salt. Not everybody is broke and bankrupt, we’re just conservative with our money till we see better days. You have 2 groups of elite in Vietnam, the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this money cash cow that floats under the radar and the ones that has some primary company that has good income, use that income to create debt and loans to enter the real estate, those are the ones in debt and trouble. Companies like Vin Group and Sun Group in particular build these massive projects as they get money from investors in advance, then people clue in that it’s crappy construction and a scam, and divest, and the companies abandon the projects, but the environmental damage is already done. A large factor is this is the extreme amount of corruption both in Vietnam and in construction projects in general. Here roughly 40-60% of the costs of building something are bribes, extra ‘fees’, and palm greasing, so massive amounts of personal money are made just in the construction process, and whatever money the company loses can be used as a tax write-off.
Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt: A Unique and Creative Design
Construction approvals are granted based on bribes and completely imaginary promises of local economic boosts, and many of these companies start their construction projects illegally in advance of even getting the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this approval to do so. In some cases these projects are shut down when they get caught starting construction without approval. Another factor that makes this happen is how the land use leases work for these sorts of projects. The companies get the lease for the land, then they must do some sort of infrastructure construction on it within a certain time frame otherwise they lose their lease. This means that the companies will start building things with no intention of finishing them just so they can hold onto the property.
Why do so many people pay in advance for properties that aren’t finished or even started? I understand that it is probably a speculation thing.. but.. do they not understand the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this risk they are taking? There isn’t really a stock market type of investment option here (or in China) outside of some very tightly controlled things, so real estate is the main investment opportunity. Traditionally it’s been a good investment, so sleazy companies have found that they can prey on that by making up complete lies and foisting them off on people. Many people do not really understand the risks, and are taken in by bald-faced lies and fancy graphics showing the ‘proposed plan’. money run out , and they just got left in time like so much other building project that can essentially help the price of housing decrease
About this Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt
It’s a joke, villa/townhouse everywhere. These developers are going over the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this top assuming this whole country are millionaires with millions laying around. Saigon in the outer districts like Thu duc and 7 you’ll see these endless projects left idling Places like this are everywhere. In Hanoi, on the countryside, in Da Nang, HCM city. Basically everywhere I go. They rather build villa that worth way higher than average people income than build offortable house. So they just leave it there. And even if the economy go up, so do the price of those building. So unless one day every one found a gold mind in their backyard, no one are able to buy these house. With the world crashing is and post covid interest rates need to be hiked. However Vietnam is unique in that the banks are heavily tied up in realestate speculation (combined with fractional banking) and the bubble price in the realestate market, have put them in a weird spot.
Its dropping interest rates so that banks and builders dont go bankrupt however the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this damage is there. Most companies have been halting projects due to cash. VN has historically had good rates but thats all being destroyed to save banks and builders. Even all this and tons of projects wont get finished in the near term Land and houses in my city in Vietnam are 3-5 times the price of the homes and land in my hometown in the USA. Same size city, but obv the houses in VN are much smaller on much less land. Homeownership is a pipe dream if you aren’t privileged. High end developments in good locations at high prices sell out, like along the River in DaNang, destination theme Developments like on both ends of Phu Wok will be empty for a long time. The use of pay in advance to developers seems likely to end in sadness for buyers, just like the millions of unfinished units in China. Price escalation also looks like a bust, but remember location, location, location.
Don’t worry. They’d still be here, valued at multi billions so both the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this elites & the banks would never suffer losses while regular people struggle to make ends meet. Great jobs, supreme leaders Why would anyone pay a fortune for a house that size that looks like an exact copy of every one else’s in the neighborhood. Oh btw. These are called vacation real estate or “bất động sản nghỉ dưỡng”. The paperwork needed to build these are much simpler. However, no red book available. Only 50 years ownership. There was a bit of a Ponzi scheme going on where developers embezzled and depend on new investor’s cash coming in to complete construction of current properties. Once the money stopped coming in and construction stopped, it creates a vicious cycle where investors no longer trust the developer Anyone think this is gonna be a housing bubble? Building massive villas and hosing that’s the same price as USA…while the average income is 7 mill a month. How can the average person afford to buy housing in Vietnam, when Americans making more in the states can’t afford it either. Guess I’ll just wait for it to crash to buy property in the future I want to visualize and map out current and projected real estate price per each area in HCM and Hanoi, smaller than ward level if possible. Does that data exists somewhere? I’ve been in Da Nang for two years now, and I’ve heard that all these buildings were either under construction or had been built before COVID. During the COVID restrictions, everything had to be closed because there were no tourists, and most of the city relies on that. Overall, I think everything will be rebuilt and reopened soon.
It is because the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this cost of land it self already high, beyond the reach of worker and most of office job. So it is no point of building small house. According to Vinalogic this must be a sign of dramatic development, somehow. Also, according to the expert Phuc Dat Bich, they also have this phenomenon in America, which proves that Vinaparadise is on the same level as America. The one thing about Vietnamese is that they absolutely despise not living right on the main road, so it’s not really even that many houses that you’re seeing, because that’s really just it. You’re a peasant if you live anywhere behind those houses. Vietnam has quite a strong upper-middle class, I know many neighbors who bought these after literally just selling shit from China on the market / from their ground floor.
believe it or not. many of those are actually sold, even before they were built, this type of building is delivered empty, they just build the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this exterior and structure, owner will have to finish the interior. people with a lot of money have to invest into something to keep their money from inflation or to make more money, and this is one way to do so. Most of them are too high for mid-income people. The investor want to sell them for “Viet-kieu” or top billionaires in Vietnam. You can tell they have a vision or just dumb. Vietnam are becoming a mini china. It don’t matter how much you like music, after workin your thousandth concert you’re gonna need somethin else to do. I imagine it’s gotta be wild to be at a concert going at max volume and then you slip on the headphones and suddenly they are taking the Hobbits to Isengard
Still my favorite YouTube video of all-time, watch it every time I start to have a panic attack, always makes me laugh Nobody with half a brain working at a live music event will be hearing any of it at full volume. Even the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this audience shouldn’t be really, but the professionals should be both well aware of the risks and have some form of ear protection at all times. lol an old friend of mine was becoming more and more successful in their job as a concert/festival stage photographer, and there were all these shots by other stage photographers where you could see him in the backside behind Rammstein, or whatever band was playing. And I’m like, hey are you wearing ear protection, being this close to the speakers all the time? And he goes “oh, nah, but the bass doesn’t make it onstage, just all the really loud and high frequencies, so its not a problem” I always wear earplugs at concerts, and I don’t really understand why everyone doesn’t. I’ll take them out, or adjust them to block less for certain portions, but most of the time I’ll be fully protected. If I forget my concert plugs, I always get some from the venue. I remember the last time I didn’t wear them, and my ears were ringing in multiple tones when I walked out of the venue. It sounded like someone was tuning a radio in my head. Never again. It’s just not worth it.
I’ve worked venue security and made sure everyone wore hearing protection. I already have an auditory processing disorder… I don’t need to be actually deaf too. Most anyone who tours for a living has a pair of in-ears, custom molded or generic. Heck the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this FOH and MON engineer are probably mixing on the same IEM’s the artists wear. It would also be funny if they messed up and the music went into their headphones and the Lord of the Rings movie played through the speakers for the concert. Disturbed’s video crew are probably watching it in ‘video world’, which is typically set up behind the stage somewhere. That monitor is probably a video feed for the Lighting Director (LD) The reason I can tell why this is during one of the opening acts is, the lighting console that says “Disturbed” on it is locked and that is the lock screen. Alex Mungal is Disturbed’s LD. You can see his name on the lock screen. Source: I’m a touring sound engineer and know a lot of Disturbed’s crew. The band I tour with have toured them before. You can see Josh mixing FOH on the right, he’s covering for Nate. And you can see the back of my head I. Front of brads desk on the left I genuinely have no idea if this conversation is legit or not. The two of you could have just made it all up, throwing names around. Or it could be the loveliest conversation between acquaintances.
Finally someone who knows what’s up. Was gonna say that console is locked so ain’t much happening there anyway. And here I was just going to blame it on the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this whole show being time coded, leaving the FOH guys with not as much to do. First time I worked a show that was time coded, it blew my mind. Favorite comment I’ve read on Reddit today. Super interesting. Any favorite bands you’ve work with? Who’s got the best crews? In high school I worked tech crew for our school musicals. We set up the first and second act to be automated, programming in blackness for scene changes and fading the lights up and down. Our job was as simple as pressing start at the beginning of the show. This was in high school with a bunch of stupid teenagers running the entire show, not seasoned professionals.
Edit, this technology existed in the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this late 1980s in my high school, so technology has advanced in the last 30+ years Can confirm. Did theater tech oddjobs part time for all of my 20s for local theater and burlesque shows. 75% of the time, thr job consisted of “program lights, create a playlist, press start, go have a smoke” Wait this was an actual job? I learned of this during school of rock in high school. There was actually a kid working the lights? Not necessarily. I’m a roadie, and been doing live video for nearly 20 years. It’s true things are programmed, but there are still cues to hit. Usually multiples during each song. An LD (lighting director) will have his looks programmed, but hit a cue at start of each song, chorus, solos, crowd shoutouts, end, and often many moments in between. Video playback has cues built in, but then you have the director, cam ops, and engineers. We’re reacting to everything that happening on stage, scripted or not. Adjusting iris control and color balancing whenever the lighting rig changes from purple to green so the artist doesn’t look like they’re going to puke. It’s likely techs (guys that hang the lights but don’t run cues, for example) that are watching LOTR here, as they’re standing by until something breaks or the show ends. But still it’s a bad look. It looks like you can’t be bothered to pay attention. I can’t imagine the band, or their manager would appreciate that. I’ve worked theaters to stadiums, and I can’t think of one artist I’ve worked for that wouldn’t light your ass up for this. And that’s how it should be. We’re there to help the artist make the show as awesome as possible for the fans. Thats our job. This looks like this guy doesn’t care. He’s lucky he doesn’t get a bus ticket home. Edit – add: I do see another post, posturing this is likely during an OA, and being piped from Video World. I appreciate the explanation, because for the life of me, I couldn’t imagine getting away with this during the show. That said, I’ve fucked off during some OAs before because they won’t pay for full production, which is fine. I just wouldn’t broadcast it like this.
Holy shit, y’all should check this out, it’s about night after night behind the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this scenes of phantom of the opera. They did almost 14000 shows since 1988. Imagine going to Juilliard to play violin. You graduate and get a job on a musical, and that’s your only violin job for your entire career. I used to work at concerts but making music videos was even worse for me. You do multiple takes of the entire song for each clip that probably lasts a couple seconds. After the 30th time or so I just want to rip my eardrums out. And you’re not done there! You have to listen to it a million more times to stitch the footage together and sync the audio. Wanted to cry. lol! Some of those songs I loved and then hated by the end.
Is that “during”? Nothing on any of the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this displays on what I assume is the DMX control board but a graphic promoting the lighting designer and his company. If there were a show actually going on, I’d think there would be a lot more on those screens. Absolutely this. I work in the live entertainment business & we’re hyper focused during show mode & all of us have loads of stuff going on with our screens. My guess is this was taken preshow or during an intermission while waiting for everything to start. I’ve definitely watched movies, chatted, read books backstage while waiting for stuff to start happening. his shows are top tier, that’s for sure. i was lucky enough to LD for an opener on a tour he was lighting the headliner recently. I held a pillow over my head and tried to hide. Then spent like 2 hours looking at the worlds longest finger nails.
Working a big concert when you aren’t sharing the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this board with the other acts, you get bored but don’t want to sit on the bus (maybe it’s parked far) so you have to wait till it’s over to break down and load out, or you’re working the headliner and waiting for the opener to finish. I’ve watched movies, or like stupid video compilations. i was ALD to a stadium tour LD that was commissioner of the tours fantasy football league and he would watch games and take notes while running flawless shows and calling spots. some people can do it all lol Does it make you feel differently that they have probably seen the show hundreds of times at this point with try runs, tech rehearsal and full performances, sound checks and probably have 100 more times to go?
I bet someone went to university and did an entire thesis revolved around this problem. “All the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this other animals have substantial evidence recorded of their ejaculation processes, but not the echidna, and that is a problem we need funding to solve”… essentially, it turned into animal planet after dark “There have been previous attempts, trying to force the echidna to ejaculate through the use of electrically stimulated ejaculation[…] but this has only resulted in the penis swelling” Damn you’re right. I would have sworn the rules of the internet were older than that but I was in on the ground floor it seems. Gentlemen, I have made a discovery of monumental proportions, but you may ask me precisely zero questions about how.”
I can only imagine the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this excitement in the zoological community when someone announced that they had the echidna money shot. this is some south park plot right here. Mind you that there are some interesting discoverys in the most unusual places. Imagine being the person to see this and being the one to shamefully tell everyone you watched an animal blast ropes So you are telling me, prior to 2007 every animal except an echidna has had at least one person watch them ejaculate. The sticker on the headlight and the aerials in front of the headlights wouldn’t be legal.. The chain hanging down at the front is odd also… A couple of other things: The fishing rod holder would probably be illegal due to the damage it could do to a pedestrian, and the LED driving light mounted on the top bullbar on the P-plate car would be illegal also.. . I believe the chain is for scrub bashing like for small bushes and shit so they don’t get wedged all up in your engine and belts
if my experience with that issue is anything to go by, the Original Family Vacation 2025 Orlando Matching Summer Vacation Shirt and I will buy this council will just say they cant do anything because its private property and its up to the property owner to enforce, somehow Two of those “antennas” are sandflags for use on dunes. Notwithstanding the fact that he is not currently on a sand dune, you only need one to achieve what they are meant for. There is also questionable separation between the two actual antennas on the passenger side, which might be ok if he only uses those to monitor different channels and uses the one on the drivers side to talk. Mudflaps in front of the front tyres is also a pretty stupid choice that would interfere with using it to get over obstacles higher than the bottom of them. The P plate one is wild. Two of the same antenna to begin with. They are also the same type of antenna I have on my 105 series. They can be detached easily and stowed in the vehicle when not in use. Which is obviously what you’re supposed to do so they don’t get stolen.
