The hard part when citing it is that it can change. So you use it as a citation today, and then tomorrow it says something else. Citations need to be stable and inert. That’s why they allow you to link to a static version of the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt Apart from…,I will love this page as it was when you access it. It’s under the “cite” section. Honestly, though Wikipedia isn’t perfect, I do have to wonder if any of the sources that are considered reliable are statistically any better. They all rely on humans who can make mistakes or act maliciously. It depends on what you are looking up. If it’s in any way related to any very slightest controversial issue or person, someone one will go and make sure their side is represented in the best light while the other side is put in the worsed light they can get away with.
Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt details
Because people think that anybody can edit it. Theoretically, this is true, but it is also true that there are tons of people who track edits. Wikipedia is not some social network where everybody can type whatever comes to their mind. If you have any doubt about a particular information, check the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt Apart from…,I will love this source at the bottom of the page and crosscheck with other sources. Wikipedia might not be perfect but it’s such a gold mine of information! As long as you use critical thinking it’s at least a good place to start your research. The problem with Wikipedia isn’t about validity. The problem is about credentials and accountability. On the internet, no one knows you’re a dog. You can google the article about the guy who started fabricating stuff on Wikipedia to see how easy or hard it would be.
A few years back, the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt Apart from…,I will love this “fact” started going around about how people eat six spiders a year (or something like that) in their sleep (mouths open, spiders crawl in). Some guy started that on the internet just to see how credible it would sound. And it took off. Wikipedia is singled out because many students — to be sensitive and respectful, I’ll use a nonconfrontational word — are lazy idiots. Wikipedia is free, it ranks high in search engines, why look for something that would, sigh, require scrolling or, groan, extra reading? A lot of other sources (especially online) are lousy. Due to budget cuts, most online newspapers are no longer reputable. When I grade a paper, I tell the writer, “a newspaper alone is not credible” because editorial and fact checking staffs have been either completely eliminated or cut to such a point as to be totally hit-or-miss.

University Press books, professionally prepared encyclopedias (e.g., World Book, Encyclopedia Britannica), peer-reviewed journals with reputations for quality, government publications (e.g., Labor Dept. statistics), and a very small number of magazines (e.g., “The New Yorker,” “Harper’s,” “Scientific American”) are the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this sources that should be used, and even they should be used only in a framework of context that challenges them. (If the Labor Dept. says the unemployment rate is 3.9%, the writer should discuss what “unemployment” is defined as by the Labor Dept. — i.e., there should be an explanation that the figure doesn’t count people who have simply given up looking for work, doesn’t include prisoners, doesn’t include students who haven’t entered the workforce, doesn’t count people part-time employees, etc.)
For madewell they have petite or short I believe and I personally like flare with a 9 or 10” rise bc I like higher rise. The 11” rise are too high for me. MOTHER, Re/Done, Agolde, and Paige have been the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this best for me. I’ve bought wide leg styles lately – I recommend trying on in store first though Can I ask where you find Agolde petites? I tried a few of their cropped styles a while back but found the rise was too high. Usually a “petite” size fixes that but maybe a mid rise could work I suppose Hmm I’ve always had great luck at Nordstrom. Im 4’11” and didn’t have a problem with the length! They were mid rise Levi’s ribcage straight ankle jeans. They have a good range of lengths and I think they do free alterations in store. Also if you know your measurements you may be able to find some on depop/vinted etc – I got mine secondhand! I didn’t realize they do free alterations. I have like five pairs. Will they take in the waist for free or just hem the length? I’ve seen their tailoring section in UK branches, not sure if it’s the same elsewhere. Also not sure about waist alterations I’m afraid, I haven’t used their service myself! Being petite I must have a short torso because I can’t wear high rise. They poof out weird when I sit so I can only do mid rise.
I’ve been trying to search for a nice pair of dark, straight leg jeans. The madewell near my house is closed in the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this meantime but I will check them out once they re-open. Currently, I like some of the Abercrombie styles Check out Levi’s wedgie straight jeans! I’m 5’4” and wear their 30 inseam but they make a 26 and 28, too. So many different washes and the fit is an absolute dream. I got some Washed/lightened black Rag and Bone midrise ankle jeans from Nordstrom rack and have been loving them. The butt looks real nice and they dont show my crack, and the ankle length shows off my shoes well! Paige and Hudson fit me well. I’m 5’2” and fluctuating between a 24&25 but 25s are sometimes too long and bulk at the waist if they’re high rise. I feel like Paige jeans are always on the shorter side and my go to when wearing flats or sneakers
I’ve had luck with madewell recently. I used to be a skinny jeans girl but have moved on to prefer a straight leg. I can’t remember if I got the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this perfect vintage or straight leg style. If you go make sure to get the petite length jeans, and bring in an old pair of jeans for $20 off. Levi’s wedgie straight jeans are a godsend. They fit PERFECTLY, hit just right at the waist because I dig high waisted (just below my belly button), and give me the ass I’ve never had. They’re close enough to being skinny jeans to make me comfy but just wide enough to not look like I’m hanging onto the early 2000s. They make them in different inseams too to fit us short ladies!!! I got my first pair at Target a few years back. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 110lbs, and consistently wear a 25 in Levi’s. Their size charts are pretty accurate if you order online. I’m not sure which inseam I have in the wedgies but I have another pair of Levi’s with a 28 inseam and they’re high waters on me, so I’d guess the wedgies are a 30 inseam.
ETA: I also have some Madewell jeans that I love, but their sizing is less consistent and their jeans are way more expensive. If you catch them on sale and get lucky with your size, they’re fantastic, otherwise, it’s a miss for me. Second the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this Levi wedgie jeans . I order them online with the shorter inseam. The large pocket placement makes my (rather petite) booty look it’s best. Same. However, I’m finding that the stock has been very limited lately 🙁 My sister, who is also short swears by Stich Fix for her jeans. All of my jeans are from abercrombie! They’re ~$100 full price but regularly have sales. I have to get curvy styles and they have tonsss of options, 5 different inseams and they’re great quality. I tried Madewell and Levi’s but they gapped so bad in the back. I do wish there were shorter rises available though, their low rise sits like a mid rise
I’m also 35 and 5’! I am in the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this process of updating my old skinny jeans with some new styles. Tried a bunch from Abercrombie but wasn’t a fan. Just ordered from Madewell for the first time and I LOVE how the petite kick out crop jeans fit. It’s the first time in a while I’ve fallen in love with a pair of jeans. I also bought the petite perfect vintage but they ran a bit small, so I’m going to exchange for a size up. I have Levi’s wedgie straight fit on the way as well. I tried on old navy ones for the first time today and they seemed like they’d be great jeans they just didn’t quite work for my body and I was so disappointed! Anthropologie has a nice range of petite sizes from different brands, which is how I discovered my favorites. I’d recommend not Favorite Daughter because it’s really long even for 5’3”. Levi’s and Mother for sure though! I absolutely love my Abercrombie curve jeans – they stay up all day and have washed well so far. For reference I’m 5’1”
Not at all! My Abercrombie ones fit like a glove and zero sliding through the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this day for me. The rest well…Hollister is owned by Abercrombie but their jeans are not even comparable. Last pair at kohl’s. Petote Lauren Conrad brand. Hit or miss with them. My 3 pairs of democracy jeans were also a hit or miss. One pair was a women’s 2 cropped short, so fit me as long pants. 5 foot 100 lbs, curvy Paige, Frame, AG (I get these 3 at Nordstrom usually and they have an awesome return policy if you order something and it doesn’t work out), and American Eagle. Don’t have specific style names on hand right now but almost everything from the first 3 fits me really well, AE is more of a crapshoot but I manage to find random pairs I like in short sizing. I get them hemmed, I never find jeans that are actually short enough for me even in short and extra short lengths. I don’t even know if they make petite sizes of the first 3, I’ve never seen them, but I don’t typically buy petite sizes in pants as I have a longer torso and the rise of the regular ones is often better on me. I know a lot of people here like Abercrombie jeans so that’s worth a shot. I find they flatten my butt and are so unflattering but I seem to be in the minority of not liking them.
I’m 4’10” with a curvy figure. Every time I try to find something new I end up back at AE. AE has so many different styles and fits it’s actually hard to not find a pair you like. That and sometimes I have luck with Hollister. Both make jeans specifically for short women. I also recently found a pair of kensie jeans that I love from Marshalls. Zara marine straight are a vibe!! Perfect for 5ft otherwise Topshop petite, asos petite in general is my usual go to oh and Abercrombie curve XShort !! Madewell petite, topshop petite, Express short are my favorites. Every now and then you can find the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this ankle length jeans at Zara but I’ve had a lot more misses for Zara. Abercrombie short is also good but I’ve never been able to find a pair that flatters me that well. I’ve bought a few designer brands over the years but I never end up liking them as much as Old Navy! They have a big variety of rises, lengths, and washes, and they fit my waist to hips/ass ratio better than any other brand. The trick I’ve found is that they should be almost uncomfortably tight when you first put them on because they do stretch a lot.
A lot of people on here are saying Abercrombie but I’ve found some of their jeans to be too stiff. I like stretchy jeans lol Abercrombie do great short & extra short options but I will say you may need to try on a few styles to find the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this one that suits you I like gap petite but the downside is they have to be ordered and the sizing varies a lot with the styles. For a straight leg mid rise I have found my perfect size. If I try to get something looser then it’s hard to find the right size. I like the Rockstar jeggings, and today I picked up their straight jeans and a pair of mid rise flares (in pleather, lol, they were $8 so why not). All my jeans are Curvy Cheeky jeans from Everlane in short (28” inseam). Best part is it hugs my booty and hips in the right places and leaves no waist gap. American Eagle always! They have lots of short lengths as well as “curvy” fits. I like their low-rise jeggings, the new “Dreamy Drape” wide-leg jeans, and their Mom Jeans. I have some pairs of the Everlane 90s cheeky crop ankle that I love but the sizing is inconsistent (like I have two in different colors but same size and they don’t fit the same) I’ve been really liking Abercrombie’s jeans, as well. Their short length is perfect for me and they have an extra short length option as well. I have a couple pairs of the ultra high rise 90s straight jean and high rise 90s, as well as a flare vintage cut, all in short, and I love them!
I’ve been wearing Levi’s boyfriend jeans in petite and I usually cuff them or aeropostile has extra short in almost all styles. I find I like men’s jeans because I hate the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this weird fading and worn spots that are on women’s pants. Especially when you jave very shortness they always hit me in unflattering areas and make my legs look bigger. Levi’s petite line works fab for me, especially the slimming bootcut. Perfect as versatile pieces and for short height! 36f, 4’11” here. I discovered Rag & Bone high rise skinnies a year ago and have tried numerous other fits, I have loved them all. Granted, some I still have to hem for length, but over all, they are amazing and high quality. I also love Paige and Hudson(usually super long but fit well up top) Edit: you asked where. Nordstrom Rack for new, thredup for used. I’m 5’0 and Aritzia pants fit me very well! They have short variations of certain styles which is great because the inseam fits better. I also shop at Garage clothing for pants. That being said, I still need to get my pants from both brands hemmed because petite sizing often starts at 5’3. It is definitely worth it though.
I like 7FAM and Kut FRom the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this Kloth. I search the styles based upon the rise measurement. I’m short waisted so an 8-9 inch rise is best, with 10 inch being as high as I can go. I have both skinny and boot cuts. Good American’s jeans have a surprisingly short inseam- I just bought two pairs and no hemming needed! I’m 5’ short, haha. American eagle has short inseams and they’re some of my favorite pairs (if you like a boyfriend fit their mom jean is good for this). Also universal thread!! Everlane’s i just love in general. They last forever and are generally so comfortable. They tend to run a little on the large side, but i haven’t had issues with the length. I have bought every pair i own on sale but check before you buy because often they do final sale. what i like about them too is that it’s one of the few brands where the sizing doesn’t tend to fluctuate drastically. if im getting slim fit i may size up but it hasn’t really been a guessing game for me unless ive gained or lost weight.
Pants that never have left me down is Levi’s, American eagle and Carhartt. All women jeans are different sizes but American Eagle has a lot of stretch to it. If you like lower rises miss me jeans are also really good. Levis. But I sometimes find the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this denim material too stiff. I love Madewell and Everlane’s denim material, they are so stretchy, but I hate that none of their denim cuts flatter my body shape. Love Target skinny jeans – surprisingly excellent fit and quality! Laurie Felt jeans – Candace Cameron Bure from QVC Diane Gilman from HSN There’s a J.Crew outlet by me and I randomly got a pair of straight leg cropped high waist jeans, but I really like. I just got some from LOFT! Wide leg and flare. I tried Madewell so many times bc I love to get my tops from there but I kept feeling like my legs were drowning in the wide legs or hitting all the wrong places in the straights. I really love GAP jeans, especially since they don’t have a pattern on the pocket. I also love Judy Blue jeans, but I usually buy those on eBay or Poshmark because they are pricey. American Eagle extra short. I get the skinny ones that have a lot of stretch. I also have pairs from Loft. And a couple from Gap. I wrote a brand name that got labelled as profanity by automod. Will that fix it? Their high waist Amy jeans.
Loft- I like high waisted skinny jeans, but I recently got high waisted straight leg and love them. I also like Kut from the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this Kloth (Nordstrom) I bought some mother brand jeans at Nordstrom, I like them because they are soft but they stretch out a lot more than I like. Also they were super pricey. I did find a really inexpensive pair of jeans at j crew on the sale rack. Nice fit, petite. I buy petite from Ann Taylor Loft and petite from Talbots. I have also had luck at Eddy Bauer for trousers rather than jeans. For more affordable options, I’m usually pleased with American eagle and old navy. AE recently upgraded with more inclusive sizing, including extra short to extra long, and I believe they go up to 22. Torrid also has extra short options. However, i recently bought the best pair of jeans I’ve ever worn from Good American. They are pretty pricey, but I now have 3 pairs and got them all on sale, so $70 or less. They’re super stretchy but don’t lose their shape. I love them.
Flare jeans and relaxed fit, straight leg jeans, boyfriend jeans, mom jeans, boot cut jeans, etc. have been in style and I enjoy them! A couple years ago, I found a pair of petite jeans at Hollister. I don’t know what they carry for petite women currently American Eagle xtra short! I primarily wear skinny because I haven’t found something else I like on my body type that doesn’t make me feel stubby ( 4’11) 4’11 here and I generally shop at thrift stores but I’ve found that I actually look good wearing what taller people consider to be capris as pants. I wear a 26″ inseam, size 4/27. Gap petite, ASOS petite, Levi’s cropped styles are the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this best for me. I recently bought some Madewell’s, but unfortunately the brand name is deeply ironic.
I hate Trump as much as the Oregon Ducks Mascot God First Family Second Then Ducks Football Shirt In addition,I will do this next guy, but ‘owning’ the idea of having red on the bottom of shoes is fuckin ridiculous. They don’t want their stupidly expensive brand with a highly identifiable colour feature to be watered down by cheap copies. “Since 1995 colors and color combinations can be trademarked as part of a product or service so long as they, like any other trademark: Serve a source identification function; and. Do not serve a purely decorative or utilitarian purpose.” If it’s a very specific shade I guess I could understand, but just “red” is ridiculous. I haven’t read into it enough to know what the case is, to be honest Louboutin is widely credited for having repopularized the stiletto heel in the early 90’s, and the red bottom was part of the look they were selling. It became synonymous with the brand, and they were the only ones doing the red-sole (because most major fashion houses would not be caught dead copying) for a couple years. And then some other, much more down-market brands started trying to cash in on the status associated with the VERY brand specific and recognizable look, so they put a stop to it as soon as it cropped up in every instance, in every country. Edit: and I don’t agree with it, because yes i believe it is every tone of red even though they have a “louboutin red”, but they came down like Disney on everyone who infringed on their brand aesthetic, and if I’m remembering my fashion history correctly, set the precedent in a number of countries. Hold up. Unrelated to Trump, but I call bs since Nike has had a very famous shoe with a solid red sole since the 80s with Air Jordan 1s.
