I tried transdermal magnesium once on the Official Gingerbread House Construction Crew Xmas Cookies Christmas T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this bottom of my feet before bed. I think your problems comes from your caffeine addiction. Battling one drug with another is a lose lose. Cut the caffeine …one strong cup in the morning…..and my head is full of undirected chatter for the rest of the day, and night. Honestly think most people would be happier, better people, without their daily caffeine intake, that most don’t even consider a drug (which it most certainly is) That’s so interesting. I feel more like my heads full of undirected chatter before I have my coffee. Sometimes in the evening when I just want to feel organized and okay on especially scattered days, I’ll have a little coffee in the evening :/ I’ve wondered about it before actually, but I didn’t realize this was common with some people with ADHD! All I see online is how over-diagnosed it is and that so many people think they have it when really they need to just do some work on learning to focus and setting boundaries with screen time and things like that. I also got pretty far in the academic world, so I figured I couldn’t actually have it Caffeine settles my brain. I have ADHD. I used to give our youngest son a Mountain Dew when he was too all over the place. Works great if you have ADHD. One of the things I learned is that caffeine works along the same pathways as stimulant based ADHD medication. So if you drink a cup of coffee and feel your mind quiet and focus after, that might be why.

Absolutely this OP. I have an actual coffee addiction, cortados with two extra shots and I have about 8 a day. I went cold turkey and I’m exhausted all the time!! All the time!! It’s balancing out now but I always though I was insomniac or some shit. Silly me never realised it was the coffee. I introduced back one cup of coffee in the morning and it’s back to not much sleep. So coffee is off the menu. Coffee addiction is being added to the new DSM and I do NOT want to have it. I also love my phone, but less phone means more boredom and easier to sleep.
