I know it will be difficult but the Of Salt and Nightmares T-Shirt moreover I will buy this difference it Will make for them will be life changing- remember u can always leave and go home if something is too upsetting to u to be around- they dont get to have that choice… You’d be surprised about that. Just because people are parents, it doesn’t erase total stupidity. Had someone let their child die because they wouldn’t accept the advice of medical professionals. There was a story recently of an anti-vaxxer FB mom refusing her newborn’s vitamin K shot. Something that has absolutely zero risks. Kid ended up with a brain hemorrhage and had multiple seizures and is likely a vegetable now. Saddest part is the mom knew there were zero risks in the vitamin K shot but she thought the kid wouldn’t need it. She was busy doing the “woe is me” spiel instead of realizing she’s an absolute idiot. While this story isn’t an anti-vaxxer one, but Canada had a tragic case where a kid died at 15 years old weighing 37 lbs. His parents refused to believe he was diabetic and claimed the doctor and government was out to get them after he was initially diagnosed with diabetes after having to go to hospital at 5 years old and was hours away from death at the time too. CPS came and separated the child and parents. The kid was given his insulin shots and given proper nutrition and care for a bit in a foster home while the parents had to go to a class to learn how to take care of a kid with diabetes for about a year. Against the CPS case workers recommendation, the judge gave back custody of the kid to the parents who did for a time did provide the insulin shots and showed up to the court ordered doctor check ups as the judge believed the court ordered doctor appointments and school health officials would ensure they were keeping him healthy.

Until the Of Salt and Nightmares T-Shirt moreover I will buy this family just moved to another province in Canada and the local government lost track of them. The family registered all their other kids into the new public school except the diabetic one keeping him basically a secret so no school teacher or nurse could report the failing health conditions of the son as they stopped giving him his in insulin shots once they moved. When he died at 15 years old that night, the parents called their church and they had some people come over and try to pray him back to life over his dead body. 1 hour later after that failed they called the ambulance. They initially tried to claim they didn’t know he was diabetic until 1 month before that night he died. They found boxes of unused insulin shots.
