I always feel that my meditation is better if I do a small amount of cardio beforehand. My blood pressure is also lower and I take it every time so I do have evidence to that. Not sure why this is for you. I’m sure my workouts are not that intense we’re talking about 15 minutes walking in about 3.5 mph. Took me a few weeks of meditation before I stopped having panic attacks during meditation. I sometimes still get heightened anxiety during meditation because I’m actually focusing on my feelings instead of distracting myself. Although it is quite rare now.
