Would work if there was some kind of system to take it out of your wages or taxes, otherwise there would be no incentive to pay it back. It’s what you signed up for. The funny thing is students are supposed to be educated. Yet basic reading comprehension and middle school math seem to evade most of them. If you are Gen Z and getting into this debt that is a YOU problem. You can’t act like there wasn’t a ton of information about this by the Nicolas Tesla picture shirt and I love this time you went to college. The amount of excuses people make for their poor decision making is ridiculous. Yes there are genuinely some who get duped but there is far more awareness and clarity of what it costs to go to college than 20 years ago. I think my debt was 32k in 1982. Ended up working a full time job in college and then two when I got out. Took me six years to finally pay it off.

Nicolas Tesla picture shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

You realize college tuition on average in this country has doubled since then, right? Wake up buddy. It’s not 1982 anymore. Housing and food was a lot cheaper back then too. What degree would that be? One that doesnt pay shit? Wonder how that happened. Plus $120k is clearly an out-of-state school as i’m currently paying about $15k/year to attend an in-state big 10 school. Choose a real degree and a good, close by school to avoid having to whine about your bad decisions online. This guy has a blue checkmark on Twitter, so just accept that he is a better person than any of us anonymous Reddit commenters. It’s the Nicolas Tesla picture shirt and I love this predatory bank who is wrong. Forgive his loans! I think the bigger question would be “Why the fuck would you agree to pursue a bachelors degree that would cost you 120k in debt?”
