They charge 3.5k as High speed internet fees basically wifi fees, and the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this speed is really good it takes only 2mins to send a WhatsApp text msg and almost a hour to load images nah I’m in the final year, I mean as much as I hate and flame this college, it has given me people and memories that I could never forget. So yeah, I guess it ain’t that bad. During my school days, a convent school, students were asked to pay for celebrating Teacher’s day; We also paid for celebrating Children’s Day🥲 Some of our new college building are sponsored by fines, we the students paid for breaking many rules, mostly coming late to college or attendance shortage. We had a well-maintained lawn that was primarily meant for film shooting. The security would shout at us if we ever even stepped on it once. We have seen a couple of movie shootings happen in our campus. Mostly otherwise our college was fine. Good old days

The best thing that has helped me is learning to enjoy my own company. Once you do that it really doesn’t matter what people think because you can always fall back on yourself. I can’t think of a specific book, but try tp remember that fortune favors the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this bold. Not everyone likes a person who is outspoken, but those tend to be people with weak characters. Do you really want to be friends wiyh someone with a weak character? Then what does it matter that they don’t like you? Always strive to do your best, but never expect perfection. Some people just don’t get along and that has nothing to do with your intrinsic value. Best wishes (: I live by this principle of just being my own best friend and it’s awesome. I learned I’m always going to be with me for my entire life, so why not learn to make the most of my time with me!
I just started listening to the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this audiobook. It’s good, but very strong r/justlearnedthefword vibes. It’s basically habits of highly effective people with swearing. the tour of the millennial grey villa with the guy reciting fuckwaffle affirmations over it in an ASMR voice is like a parody of millennials a zoomer would make It sounds like you are a sensitive person who experiences a negative reaction involving anxiety when you are criticised, of course, sometimes criticism can hurt too. A type of meditation involving relaxation will help to reduce anxiety and will take the sting our of hurt. As change begins you will find that you are less concerned about criticism. It starts with practicing this deep mental relaxation for 10 mins or so twice a day. This is the method of the late Dr Ainslie Meares, an eminent psychiatrist, and his good set of instructions can be found in a couple of his books eg Ainslie Meares on Meditation. This covers how to relax like I mentioned and also coping better with mental pain. It’s about, I’d say, cultivating self-compassion to fix what you can and be kind to yourself for the stuff you can’t do/be. One of my takeaways is that a lot of the things you might beat yourself up about are morally neutral. what if it’s all morally neutral?

set boundaries, find peace was a good one for me. it focuses on speaking up for yourself and your own wants and needs which can help with this Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this The book is going to explain in detail how caring what other people think will stop your spiritual growth which is true but you don’t need a book to tell you this… you already know it. Start/continue meditating and an internal “knowing” will make you see how wrong you are for caring and how silly you were for doing it, and how silly everyone else is for caring too. 100% a book can not intellectually teach you this. It must be revealed from within. Not a book, but I struggled with trepidation over judgement by others for many years. Ask yourself this, and even journal your thoughts on it:
Nope but I had a great therapist in my 20s who said, “ do you really think all these people are spending time and energy paying attention to your clothes or what you are doing? Get over yourself.” I am guessing that could have shattered some, but for me it was a wake up call because I realized I was too busy worrying myself then judging others and they may be too. I tell myself this all the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this time. I guess some people can just hear something once and apply it, many of us are too dense apparently lol I’ve only looked into it briefly in the past, and while the basic questions seem fine, I get woo vibes from the rest, especially the use of the word ‘manifesting’ and the questionable health claims
It gets easier if you are surrounded by friends. If you are lonely fear increases. It’s ok to be on your own from time to time, but overall humans feel better in a group. The exercise is self defeating. You’re looking for outside approval to not care about outside approval… That’s never going to go anywhere. That’s like saying reading your comment is self defeating. Strategies, ideas, methods, don’t all have to come from within without any outside influence. Therapy exists for a reason. What are you saying? Just snap out of it? I don’t mean to come off rude btw 🙂 An alternative perspective is that you might be an Enneagram Type 3 and referencing others opinion of you is how a Type 3 navigates* the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this uncertainty of life/world.
One of our industrial sites offered everyone an option – continue taking free meal as before or get your own lunch from home and take extra money as cash (approx 1500 per month). Guess what majority did? Free food is an attraction mostly for bachelors. Most of senior managers bring dabba from home. If these are the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this things mentioned by the OP that anyone desires from their employer, I can refer them for positions at my company. Many of German 🇩🇪 org provide this. I used to work in one where it was free. Even snacks in the evening was provided. My org has catered breakfast, lunch and evening snacks (including freshly squeezed sugarcane juice) and a stocked pantry with biscuits, namkeens etc. as well as tea / coffee machines from CCD/ Nestle, which run from morning till night.
Snacks Vending machine on every floor with fresh fruits (apple/banana/kiwi/pear), namkeens, cup noodles, chips, cola (coke/pepsi/sprite etc) After the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this company went private, the culture is changing drastically. 5 days mandatory work from office, removed broadband reimbursement, frequent layoffs, removed Books and study materials budget, removed educational assistance ($5000 per year) The base salary stuff is the same one in my office as well.. by 5 days mandatory WFO??!! No thanks!! they can shove the other benefits up their ass!! My old company used to give free breakfast, lunch at half the price (INR 25), free evening snacks and then dinner at half the price. In R&D yes. There is lot of regionalistic bias ( a big Marathi group is there in reg. affairs) and they get preference in every aspect. They dont allow mobiles in office. IMO free food or perks like that is just a way to get employees to the office or make them stay. I know several of my friends(bachelors) who work in MNCs and stay almost 10-12 hrs to make use of these resources. Usually the company either makes the travel timings in such a way that they are made to stay late or miss food and so on. Everything comes at a cost in corporate. Like they say the employer pays you the least amount that would make you not leave (Talking about the majority of the corporations). I would much rather have the wlb and money to my account than the perks.
My company didn’t even have a canteen or any restaurants close by. Only option was Swiggy for which it took 15 mins by walk to reach the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this main gate. I work in a German company and they provide lunch and snacks. They want more people coming to office and usually most do lol. I’m a recent graduate starting off in corporate, finding an office that gives you healthy and good tasting food makes my mom happy at least haha I work in one of the biggest retail giant company, we get free breakfast, lunch and dinner. We get catered buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner around of 15-20 types with a live station and even a desserts section, menu varies every day and our pantries are stocked with coffee, tea, non alcoholic beverages, fruits, namkeen, snacks etc.. Best part is it’s FREE Company I worked for did it the best. They gave food allowance every month, you can use it if you eat from the company kitchen. People who bring their own food gets unused allowance with their salary. At the end of the day everything counts in CTC, so this gives you a choice.
Even my company does provides free food (Buffet) all 3 times without any deduction from our pay. We even have special food on festival days. Only downside is in a month only 3 or 4 days food quality is very good rest of the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this time it’s just ok. On top of that we have pantry inside our working area which is stocked with fruits, biscuits, juices, chips etc. Folks working in night shift get even better snacks. My previous work place provided “free” tea/coffee which you can redeem upto 3 times a day. They even proudly announced it at the Townhall Free lunch n dinner. In previous company we used to have special company sponsored sodexo for internal campus (pbc) Worked at 4 companies, 3 of them provide free food (the one that was a small company). For people that aren’t married nor stay with fam, free food was a good incentive to visit office pre covid
If lunch is free you can’t get tax benifits on meal coupons so a notional charge for lunch is better, also stops people from wasting food. My company does provide but at a highly subsidised price. It’s like ₹5 for breakfast and ₹8 for lunch. A really good meal btw. Lunch is usually roti/poori, subzi, rice, pulao/ fried rice/ ghee rice, rasam, sambhar, another subzi, fruit salad, papad, pickle, sweet; all for ₹8. I’m not even complaining. I also work for a Jap conglomerate. I work for a Manufacturing company (India Based) as a BA. We have free sumptuous working lunch. Apart from that we have breakfast at subsidized price (Rs 388/- PM). My working hours last at 5.15 PM but incase we are working until 6pm we will get free Tiffin too. The company where I interned and will be joining full time later this Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this year has free lunch and dinner. They also provide breakfast at a subsidised price.
Free 12 therapy sessions per year and any doctor online appointment for free plus 15000 OPD and 500 dollars for misc tasks first company i worked was bpo, they didn’t give free food but tea coffee in morning and evening with some biscuits they were paying me 13.5k The company I work in doesn’t provide free food at all, has a canteen where we can pay and get it( on the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this expensive side). I understand how for some people it is impossible to have home-cooked meals, but as someone who is grateful for having home-cooked meals, I prefer that. I don’t need a buffet everyday with an overwhelming array of choices. Also, i tend to eat less during lunch, with our carb-heavy diet, I just feel drowsy as fuck not able to work properly. I once worked in a company where outside food is prohibited. And they provided first class tasty meals at Rupees 35 per month.. yes per month.. the company had many issues with the employee benefits and satisfaction. But food they were the best for me. At my first job at a multinational FMCG, there was provision for all meals, but we had to pay a nominal fee. I think it was 100-120 per meal for a veg plate, not sure about non veg, and it was a LOT of food. Multiple rotis, rice, dal, two sabzis, dessert, plus papad, salad and soup. Beverages and evening snacks (again pretty heavy, with healthy options and fruits also provided) were free. If we were working at dinnertime, dinner was also free.At my current company, which is a family-owned business, nothing is even made in the kitchen lol. Everyone brings their own lunch or we order in. I think only IT companies provide free food? Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m looking in getting at maybe CS roles, or finance roles. Does anyone know of such companies with these benefits. I worked at Concentrix before and it was worst.
Free lunch ? Forget about lunch we never get a small sweet box even for grand festivals like Diwali / Navratri etc. All we get is one small burfi (one single piece) t & c applied (if you reach office within 10am). I reached by 11.15am and poof! “Sorry madam sweets katam ho gaye”. It’s disgusting for me to see others posting year end goodies, festival goodies, festive bonus, festival – e commerce coupon etc. and we here working more than shift timing only to receive nothing. Daily basis food starts from 70rs (if you want minimum taste in your food else 65rs is the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this starting and you get nil to bare minimum taste and quantity). All my company does is, keep a microscopic view on where to deduct money from our salary and nothing else -_-
That’s a stupid thing to be attracted towards. You should be paid well and you should buy your own food. Free food is anyway deducted from your salary. The only thing food at work does is give you convenience, for which it doesn’t need to be free.
This. They don’t realize how stupid it is to carry so much shit because you are helping them. Let them sort it out by themselves all the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this time, they’ll realize pretty quickly how annoying it is. It sounds like you’re incompatible travelers. It’s not a bad thing, just a reality. Some of my best friends at home I would never travel with. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and avoid traveling with them next time. 100%. I have great friends I wouldn’t dream of setting foot on a plane with and friends I’ve traveled with for a decade. Some people pack light and some don’t. I had to read a long way down the comments to find this expression of tolerance! If OP doesn’t want to travel with people with big luggage, they shouldn’t.
Sadly sometimes you don’t know this until your first (and last ) vacation together. Stinks you’re in this predicament I think that might be a bit extreme. Simple things can make all the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this difference. First and most obvious they should never be helping them with their bags. Most trains have a way to check large bags to keep them out of the aisle. Also, they don’t have to sit together on trains. Just because they’re vacationing together doesn’t mean they need to hold hands the whole time. They just need to be honest with their friends. Bags shouldn’t be a barrier to friendship, it’s a small thing that can fairly easily be addressed and expectations set. Yep we made great use of the Takkyubin luggage forwarding in Japan. Landed on the plane, dropped off the bags at the Takkyubin, took the train to Kyoto, met our luggage there and then just forwarded it around to everywhere we went. Surprisingly cheap, too!
We’re about to go on a group trip there, and I sent out a text to everyone saying, “We will not be schlepping our luggage. Here’s the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this deets on the Takkyubin. Use it. Or don’t. But you’ll regret it if you do not, and we’re not going to help you schlep your giant bag on the train.” Japan has luggage forwarding since those bullet trains have no space for large suitcases. It’s also very affordable and the hotel can fill out the forms/ make arrangements. Just to clarify for first-time Japan and/or China travelers though: the overhead luggage racks on bullet trains in both countries are big enough to fit normal carry-on sized luggage. So if you’re carry-on only, you’ll have no problem putting you bag directly above your seat on bullet trains. We went to Japan with one small suitcase each. We bought a new one there to bring home all the souvenirs. That was the plan all along, to be fair. Still, I did break a sweat hauling two suitcases up the stairs at some of the train stations coming back to Tokyo from Kyoto.
That’s interesting because I always worry my bags will get lost on a long layover, or that I’ll be obligated to reclaim them/recheck them between flights (common with some airlines/destinations). I love dumping bags to run around cities though, I use BagBnB/Radical Storage a lot, pay a few dollars to store your stuff in some locker or backroom of a store. It makes such a difference when you arrive at a destination and you get to just…go do things instead of having to go all the Nic Claxton American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this way to your hotel (at which point inertia means everyone wants to change clothes and unpack and and and and) Yep! Know your limits . I figured out I can manage a very large 32 kg bag ( 4 wheels ) , a medium sized one , a large computer back pack , a smaller duffel bag and a little monster cat in soft carrier . If really need be i can add a second check one in if it’s 4 wheels. It would be great if everybody subscribed to that. I constantly see people who violate the carry rules and if you’re boarding later on the flight, you can’t always find a baggage spot, and then the bastards ask you to check your carry on. Why the hell the airlines don’t enforce their own rules is frustrating.
