I’d be fine really with a lower down and higher upload speed but you can only get the high upload speed with the high download speed so When I first got it though I was getting like 60Mb/s so called them up and a tech came out and said water had got in the line and pipe on the pole and he was surprised I was getting anything because it was so messed up. I guess the previous tenants didn’t use the internet or something. Google “bufferbloat”. Latency issues can be easily fixed. Buying more bandwidth somewhat helps too — but is hugely wasteful — you have to buy more than you use by definition.
