I have always, ALWAYS had horribly congested skin (closed comedones) no matter the Naughty List I Regret Nothing Shirt but in fact I love this routine, and I’ve changed it many times over the years with no success. I eventually began to just live with it and thought “ok this is just my skin”. HOWEVERRRRRR I recently bought the CosRx snail mucin serum for moisturizing purposes, and I swear to god, my skin has almost Entirely. Cleared. Up. I wish I had taken a before and after but this development was completely unexpected, as again, I bought it to bring more moisture to my skin. I can run my hand over my face and 90% of the bumps are gone. And I shit you not – this sounds like an ad – but it happened immediately. 2-3 days of use and my skin was sooooo much clearer. I’ve only had this product for two weeks!!! I have no idea why my skin loves it so much, maybe my issue was fungal acne or something, but it worked. And I was so so so hesitant to buy this product. I put it off for over a year for personal reasons. But I’m so fucking glad I bought it, and maybe it could help you too. And if you do try it and it doesn’t work, I am really sorry!! Living with closed comedones (assuming that’s your issue here – looks like it to me) can be really hard on your self esteem. You will find something that works for you eventually. It might just take awhile.

The ones on your chin, you can see the Naughty List I Regret Nothing Shirt but in fact I love this bumps are on each hair follicle, this means they’re clogged, you need to exfoliate to remove the dead skin. The ones on your forehead and cheeks, I get those after not washing my face properly after wearing makeup, you need to cleanse better. Use a normal facial cleanser after wearing makeup, then use an electric brush with an exfoliant, your problem will go away after the first time. You can never get your face as clean as a brush can. To maintain, I wouldn’t use an exfoliant every day of course, but use the electric brush every day, with a gentle cleanser. Get a facial, use pore reducing solutions like salicylic acid or a retinoid serum. It looks like you need a good exfoliation, Dr. Brandt has a great scrub that’s almost like microdermabrasion. I use Dermalogica, they’re pricey but work. A skin scrubber face spatula helped me so much with these!! I got one at a CVS drugstore but I had to return it because the battery died quickly and I haven’t gotten a new one yet and I severely need it again but they can be pricey for a great quality one Azaelic acid maybe. I didn’t have those anymore when using azaelic acid lotion every night but I was also pregnant so that may have been a factor. For the chin, I asked my derm about that and they said it’s fat pockets and is normal. The forehead, I had this exact issue with clogged pores on my oily forehead. I eventually gave up trying to get rid of it and went to the derm who told me to use differin gel, then the highest prescription of adapaline. When that didn’t completely get rid of it I was prescribed with Tretinoin. There’s a chance this could be fungal, though which would change your treatment.
