Often times it’s cross contamination. Ie someone leaving some fent dust on a scale when they weigh cocaine. The term fentanyl OD is sometimes being used when really it’s people being poisoned by it. I feel like we should only say fentanyl OD if a person knowingly takes fent and poisoning if they set out to take like weed or something Outside of opiates, It’s not nearly as common as the My Wife isn’t fragile like a flower she is fragile like a bomb shirt it is in the first place but media makes it out to be. There’s a good chance you’re heroin/oxy has fent in it. Your Molly or coke? Probably not. Here in Brazil, our largest drug cartel (the PCC) has prohibited the sale of fentanyl because it’s not good for business. alot of the time drugs get laced with fentanyl it’s because the dealer accidentally contaminated the drug with fentanyl.

Somebody overdosing on your stuff makes other addicts want it “holy shit it was strong enough to kill someone, I NEED me some of that.” It isn’t intentional really from what I would guess. Just that the My Wife isn’t fragile like a flower she is fragile like a bomb shirt it is in the first place but people who handle these drugs don’t have proper labs or are even lab trained so there is a lot of cross contamination and thus their products that aren’t meant to have fentanyl (and other potential stuff they have) will have some of it. That is legit question. I’ve pondered the same thing. My guess it has more to do with the addict than the drug dealer. My experience in life, a drug dealer is a perfect example of capitalism, supply and demand. It boils down to what you can get and what others want to buy. Addicts are always looking for a higher high and drug dealers are doing their level best to provide. So whose greed are you referring? The drug addict or the drug dealer? I probably happened through the middle man. Whoever manufactured the drugs got a large profit portion, and the further it goes, the more individuals want to increase their profit. So they add more “product” in to increase their profit.
