It’s always so disheartening yet never surprising that there’s so many ignorant people who don’t read the Monster Trucks Cornbread Bacon Vintage Truck Lover T-Shirt besides I will buy this details and instead just see a title like this and immediately jump to mouthing off about “F America! Pack the courts! SCOTUS is illegitimate” etc, etc. Which is of course the point of the inflammatory and misleading title. Rile up the ignorant masses who jump on their entitled morally superior soapbox but don’t know a darn thing about what they’re talking about. Yeah 8-1 decision that destroying property is not a protected union activity. No duh. The real headline should be what the hell was the one judge thinking that they didn’t rule against this domestic terrorism too. When they vote 8-1, people that can’t agree on anything, 8-1 it’s gotta be right. You can be disruptive by forcing a shutdown. You can’t damage property, though; that’s a crime, or, like in this case, mix cement and leave it; gotta pay. The only judge that voted no is the crazy one that can’t even define what a woman is…..

Im really at a loss for words here, and angry! Blatant corruption. The company will always find a reason to not be a convenient time to strike! Thats the Monster Trucks Cornbread Bacon Vintage Truck Lover T-Shirt besides I will buy this friggin point! This is unacceptable, and un-American. Try looking into the details instead of lighting your hair on fire. You don’t even know what it is you are outraged about. Before peaceful strikes you had people being killed. Hope the powerful understand that workers will continue to fight for their rights Well let’s see how many tortured metaphors, born from having absolutely no understanding of the topic outside the rage inducing headline, can be had in today’s thread. Even cops should be pissed off because now if they get caught for use of excessive force, a union isn’t there to back then up. Striking is not an excuse to damage property, and if property is damaged the owner deserves to gain the credit for that damaged property. Just like if there was a protest outside your home and someone threw a rock through your window. You absolutely should have the right to sue the individual but absolutely not everyone present at the protest. I think many here didn’t read the actual article. This is physical damage caused by the strike. If the striking workers had not already begun the day’s work leaving concrete to potentially dry in the trucks, there would not be a case. What this is really saying is that it is still part of a union’s responsibility to coordinate a strike in a responsible way so that no undue damage is caused. In this case, had the concrete dried, the company would have had to replace the tumblers on their trucks, a cost far outside just some late deliveries.
