Why can’t you drive? If it’s driving anxiety, I get that. I get feeling not experienced enough to apply to other places too, a lot of places though will take on people with open availability knowing they may need more training! I don’t have my license yet. I have my permit but it expires in May and I haven’t taken drivers ed yet. When I brought it up recently as a joke I got yelled at- I said I’ve been asking for months and my dad got upset and said that we had to pay to fix my mom’s car (it broke down over the summer), and since we spent a month and half using my dad’s car exclusively we had to pay to get new tires and shit bc they got so worn out from so much use, so we don’t/didn’t have the money to spend on drivers ed/lessons. I stopped bringing it up bc I get yelled at every time and it’s getting annoying and I’m not in the mood to be yelled at constantly (especially since I started job hunting I’ve basically been in a bad mood 24/7 bc of how fucking difficult it is).

Not sure what state you’re in, but where I’m from there are labor laws that say if you don’t receive your final pay check within 72 hours of quitting/being let go, you are entitled to 8 hours of your pay, for every calendar day up to 30 days. Surprisingly you have more protections that you think if you get fired from a brand new job but only IF you left another job to take that job. I live in San Diego, and I was hospitalized with acute viral hepatitis after wakeboarding in late August 2023 after Tijuana’s sewage treatment plant was essentially disabled by tropical storm Hilary.
