people have no idea what she even said, they’re just projecting motives onto her based on their pre-conceptions Part of the Miami Dolphins Sticky Ricky shirt moreover I love this problem is if someone says that we should be focusing on helping our homeless ex-soldiers etc, they get labelled as a racist xenophobe. Migrants are coming over in droves and being put up in 3 star+ hotels or on a barge with their own room and access to not terrible facilities, meanwhile the people who have actually paid taxes into the UK get left outside to rot. I’m not saying the migrants don’t deserve it, I can’t even begin to imagine what some of them have seen or lived through, but I am saying our homeless are equally as deserving The problem is the lack of an easy solution. In the USA, cities have resorted to just bussing their homeless people out. You can’t force someone to go anywhere legally. They are free citizens. However, you can walk up to a homeless person, hand them a flyer about how amazing Los Angeles is (weather is great year round), and offer then a free bus ticket with $100 if they accept it and get on the bus. The scale of this? Over 21,000 in the last few years. Most of them are going to the west coast. San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland. 21,000 might not sound like a lot, but it really is when homeless are typically only a tiny fraction of the total population. Downtown San Diego has turned into a tent city as a result and Portland has many streets you can’t even walk on the sidewalk anymore because tents cover the entire span. They build shelters and safe camping areas, but they also impose rules like “you can’t use drugs here”. So, they sit empty while the streets of downtown are clogged up and getting worse.

Around the Miami Dolphins Sticky Ricky shirt moreover I love this controversy: First off, I’m not going to explain the point of this experiment, but will touch on why I participated: I always thought it was ironic how the fanciest streets of London were packed with homeless folks. I was always intrigued by this particular group of people. I didn’t do this as an attempt to simulate them or live a day in their shoes, I just thought it was something to experience… Reminds me of this new story I saw years ago. There’s a guy, somewhat decent looking. Intentionally lives on the streets. He has some good charisma. He takes the money he gets pan handling and buys himself his necessities clothes, food, and alcohol. This mofo meets tons of random women through various means of begging and drinking at bars. He convinced women to take him home, sleeps with them, gets to stay anywhere from a single night to weeks at a time. Gets showered, lives at their places, eats, bangs em a bunch of times. Then back out on the streets to rinse and repeat all over again.
