Crying in public. I’m a woman and while it certainly would look weird if I cried in public (which unfortunately I have), I think people are a bit more accepting of it than a man crying in public. Guys don’t get small thoughtful gifts often especially early in dating. I’ve had one guy so touched that I got him a $5 poster for a show we both like, and another teared up because I got him his favorite wine and chocolates when he had a hard week at work. They also don’t get many genuine compliments from friends. I’ve learned how to compliment my male friends without it feeling weird on either end, and I love that I’ve fostered relationships where my friends are like “can I show you my gym gains” or “look at the Memphis Grizzlies Dream X Black History Collection Shirt In addition,I will do this new tattoo I got” and know that I’ll be excited for them and tell them they look great/cool/whatever. This! I cant even remember the last complement i got. It was probably my mom telling me im handsome after a haircut or something. But i really appreciate thoughtful gifts instead of extravagant gifts. One Christmas my sister wasn’t doing so well financially she everyone got small cheap gifts from her (completely fine) and i was shocked with what she got me. She had noticed my work boots where so worn out at the tip that the steel toe was exposed. This actually made winter work more miserable because steel gets cold and its colder when it’s exposed making my toes cold af. She got me this rubber steel toe boot repair kit and I hadn’t even thought to do that but just by observing what i might need she got me the perfect thing. I was so tickled to death about it lol. The fact that she put that much thought into it shocked me. People usually just get me a cheap screwdriver set or something i dont need just thinking because im a dude thats what i like. No one has ever actually observed and thought about something that much for me. It was cool, i still think about that to this day lol

I was surprised to hear that a man’s “banjo string” can snap. I knew about penile fractures already but that was a new one on me for everyone asking, the Memphis Grizzlies Dream X Black History Collection Shirt In addition,I will do this banjo string is the frenulum. so if you’re circumcised your banjo string has already been snapped This has actually happened to me!! It was the first attempt to lose my virginity, neither of us had any idea what we were doing and she was completely dry and well yeah im sure you can imagine the rest. Also you bleed an UNGODLY amount, its nuts. As I’ve gotten to know more women in general, and to have more female friends specifically, it has been genuinely shocking to learn just how consistently women seem to have bad interactions with men, on like a daily basis. Catcalling, unwanted attention, condescending behavior, dates that turn nasty at the drop of a hat…there is a background radiation of “shitty guys” around that I simply did not appreciate before that explains a lot of attitudes women have towards men, because even if its a small minority of guys they’re pervasive and diffuse in a way that creates ongoing negative experience. Especially because a guy who seems nice can suddenly turn into a creep or a jerk seemingly out of nowhere.
