Really shit part is that all restaurants that take orders from Deliveroo etc prioritise them cos they are penalised if the Me First And The Gimme Gimmes Take A Break Band T-Shirt but in fact I love this driver has to wait. But they are not penalised if they keep the walk-in customer waiting. Same as when assistants behind counters answer the phone in the middle of dealing with the customer in front of them. My local Subway actually used to be quite good. Then it got overrun by takeaway orders that were being given priority over humans in the queue. Haven’t been back there in months.
