I used to use a shower cap. Now I’ve got the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt and I love this ang of chucking my hair up in a bun, and just not sticking it under the water (though that doesn’t work if you’ve got a waterfall shower) Only wash my hair 2-3 times a week. If you don’t want to wash your hair, I’ve found talc (baby powder) works a lot better than dry shampoo. I’ll dust it on before getting in the shower, and by the time I’ve washed, it’s soaked up most of the greasy bits, just brush out and style as normal. I haven’t tried without a shower cap because of face washing if my hair gets wet it’ll just look like crap in those areas and I’m too lazy to dry it lol. Also why does a post from a year ago say you’re 31 and married and now you’re saying your 27 and moving in with an SO for the first time?
May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt: Get Cozy in this shirt
People on Reddit are so weird sometimes. I wonder which (if either) of these situations is true. And also she posted multiple times about being 30/31 and married… Wait, how does having more karma help this person/account promote stuff? Will future posts by the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but same person get more visibility? Looks like this is their first activity in 5 months. Before that the posts seem consistent. Maybe the account got hacked and is being used to farm karma now. Wow. Seriously, this needs to be the top reply. I mean, yeah, great advice in here for anyone that may be feeling similar things to this post but after reading your post it took me literally 10 seconds to find: Why is that an issue just answer the question or move on. It could help someone anyways. Someone could be using her account I am very much similar to yourself. I’m 30 but I also never wear make up, I rock the ponytail, I shave and I shower all the time. Over lockdown I experimented with makeup because of the sheer amount of hours I had to look at my own face on discord. I bought some starter kits, watched some tutorials and eventually got alright at making my face look less shiny and my eyelashes darker. Something I have enjoyed is dying my hair. It’s forced me to learn how to take care of it better so I can maintain a colour when I like it.
Basically, your best bet is to experiment, look online and consider talking to colleagues and friends. Ask them to shoot you links to what they use or what they like. PS. You look how you want to look in your own damn home. Partner, friend, the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but pope, whoever comes in to your home is in your space. What you say goes and how you look goes. I literally just came home from camping at my friend’s place. He pulled himself out of bed half an hour after I got there, stayed in his PJ’s to game with me and only went to shower as I left. I was clean and dressed for coming in to his space, he had no such obligations. I don’t do any makeup either, but I take a daily shower, use deodorant daily, wash my hair every other day, shave my armpits and shave other areas as needed. Brush my hair every morning. Apparently not all women shower or bathe every day. I met couple of women in my life that would say something like I don’t wash my hair every day. Only when I shower or take a bath. And they were serious, they weren’t messing with me.

I don’t think it’s abnormal to not shower every day, but weekly seems very infrequent. In my family we shower every 2-3 days generally, but I started doing it daily because I feel much more clean that way. If you have an active sex life you should be showering at least the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but day of. No one wants to do doggystyle with a booty that hasn’t showered in 3 days. If you have curly hair that is soft and not very wiry, washing it more than once every few days is a recipe for extreme frizz. I learned recently that if you live in a cold climate not showering everyday can help keep you a lil warmer because of the oil on your skin. (short short version) I still every other day though. I heard something similiar about skin sensivity but considering people in Northen Countries also don’t have a bidet, the idea of not showering every day is wild to me. I would not feel clean at all. Luckily bidets are getting more and more common here! I live in the North and we just renovated our bathroom recently, and had a bidet installed. It’s great, and the builders said it’s becoming more and more common. But yes, Northerners shower every day so that’s how we keep clean. Daily showering makes skin dry in the winter here though, so it’s important to use a rich body lotion after showering in the cold winter! Agreed. I have curly hair, it’s thin and will stand up in military formation if I wash it everyday. Twice a week is the max for me, and then I have to tame it with conditioner and leave in detanglers.
Get a shower cap. You protect your hair from steam and water. I take mine off when I go into the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but other room to put on clothes after skin care and body lotion. I wash my crazy curly hair once, maybe twice, a week. But I shower every day. I definitely get stinky at work lol it’s really not great for your hair to wash it every day! most women who say this are still showering, just not specifically washing their hair. That’s not true for everyone. Some of us unfortunately have to wash every day. Fine, thin hair and an oily person here and I absolutely cannot skip a day! I put in a good effort to try and it did not work for me! your scalp produces sebum, and if you’re washing it often, that sebum production becomes very elevated which can lead to that oily/greasy look and feel. I dunno, I have an oily scalp and no matter what I try. I was my hair every other day but on the in between days I still need to dry shampoo my fringe. My hair is quite thick as well. Some people can correct their over washing, but it is just a genetic lottery, unfortunately. yeah i used to have the same problem.. not forcing anything onto anyone but when i looked into overwashing and started re-training my hair it made my life a lot easier so just trying to share some knowledge that’s all! There are also resources that say a small group of people (often with very fine hair) might need to wash daily. I’m one of those
I can go easily for about three days between showers without any physical exertion. A whole week would definitely be too long, because you still secrete some oils from your skin, as well as dead skin cells, and especially your hair will start to look the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but part after that amount of time. And I’d say without using a bidet hose, and maybe even untrimmed pubes, I can’t imagine a whole week without having a shower. This is a common thing, especially for people who are serious about their hair care. Washing too much, depending on their hair, can either dry out, make it more oily, or just increase frizz. I have very thick curly hair and only wash it every 2-3 days. Unless I’m for some reason extra sweaty, or if I wrre to go swimming or otherwise get my hair dirty-none of which is a common enough occurrence for it to ever even cross my mind.
Some of us can’t wash our hair every day because after a while we start losing it. I shower every day but I have to wash my hair twice a week or I get hair loss. My hair is very sensitive. I don’t wash my hair every day but shower twice a day? Albeit they’re pretty quick scrub w a loofah and out, but I feel like washing hair everyday is excessive but also bad for your hair. Also, I’m a med student so frankly don’t have the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but time to wash my hair everyday lol. Yeah tbh it’s not actually good for you either, I am working on it and recently have been only showering once a day. I think showers are a comfort thing for me as I suffer w chronic migraines and find the hot water helps. I haven’t had any skin issues so far, however I do religiously use aveeno (the skin renewal one). My hands are crazy dry between the digits though :/ I think he is fine with how you are since you are with him. But if you want to start using a body lotion and face moisture is basic and makes skin look nicer. Use sunscreen when the sun is out. Drink lots of water. I even use grapeseed oil as a moisture, asinine the oil you cook with. But it depends of you have oily or dry skin.
Basic makeup for me is lotion, a BB cream, hint of blush, mascara and a something like tarte maracuja juicy lip or a tinted gloss. It is more of a no makeup look. Showering daily or every other day using just a soap bar or body wash. No fancy loofa needed just hands and soap. Get in the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but shower and lather up everywhere you can then rinse. Shampoo/condition hair as needed based on your hair type. I have thick straight hair and wash it about two to three times a week but shower daily at night. Pick a preferred time of day to shower like mornings or nights depending on your routine. Dental hygiene basics: a toothbrush and toothpaste are the foundation to dental care. Once you get used to brushing daily, try adding in a mouthwash or floss. Skincare: get a pump bottle of body lotion to use on your dry areas. The bottle should last you a good amount of time. Apply right after the shower or in the morning to provide a layer of skin protection. Lastly, get a daily facial moisturizer with SPF and if you’re feeling fancy, a nighttime moisturizer. The rest is cosmetic (makeup, eyelashes, etc)
Shaving: this grooming technique is purely cosmetic and preferential to you. You don’t need to do much since you said you shave occasionally. Some women shave just their ankles where the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but pants ride up or where the hole is in their jeans. Hair cuts: get regular haircuts depending on your preferred hair length and hair type. For example, I have thick straight hair but only need a trim every other month and prefer it a bit longer than my shoulders. If I had a pixie cut, I’d probably need more frequent cuts. Nails: get a pair of nail trimmers and keep your toenails at a comfortable length. Do the same for your fingernails and possibly file them to shape. That’s all you’ll need! The rest is cosmetic like painting them a color. Out of all the replies that I have read, yours was the most to the point without being frou-frou and very helpful.
Thank you! I tried to outline the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but basics because it can get overwhelming with all the unnecessary products out there. Just hands and soap??? A washcloth is at least necessary or something to manually scrub your skin. Do you wash dishes with just your hands and soap?? I have to agree with this. You need to use at least a wash cloth to help exfoliate the dead skin or it will build up. My experience is that the amount of body hair, either natural or removed by grooming, has quite the impact on the necessary shower routine, but weekly showering seems like an awful long time to go in between either way. The other factor seems to be underwear changing, as that absorbs sweat, oil and dead skin cells. Twice a day changing seems to prolong the time you can go without showering. Which also depends on physical exertion, temperature and the individual amount of sweating.
I’m possibly the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but worst person to answer this, which may mean I can help. In general clean, comfortable, and maintained is what you’re going for. I consider tinted chapstick to be makeup and that plus mascara is about how far I go. So I’m going to ignore makeup. What you shave is your business, there’s a whole cultural thing. Personally, my skin hates shaving so I don’t. I have a man body hair trimmer that I buzz over any body hair that annoys me. I do get my eyebrows waxed about once a month. Having someone who knows what they’re doing put clean lines in for my eyebrows helps keep my face looking polished. If this idea appeals to you, there are predatory waxing places that will take care of you, or any day spa and most salon and nail places. Try a few and find someone you like who makes your eyebrows look nice and doesn’t use anything that makes your skin freak out. Make appointments for regular upkeep and tip well.
I also get regular pedicures and manicures, no polish on my fingers. (Polish gets banged up quickly and chipped polish looks worse than clean nails.) Having a nail file and some nail nippers at home lets you clean up your fingers and nails. You don’t have to do this all of the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but time, but being able to is nice. Again, having someone who is good at it set a good baseline for me is helpful. Shower daily. There’s other stuff you can do in the shower like pumice stones to scrub your feet, body oil after to keep your skin happy. But if you don’t want to over complicate it, a decent soap over all skin bits daily. I use a bare bones three part skin care routine for my face: facial cleanser in the shower with a silicone vibrating face brush (washcloths work great too, but my skin likes gentle exfoliation and the silicone thingy is easy to keep clean) Toner when I get out of the shower. (I use whatever neutrogena has as their daily toner this year.) pour a little on a cotton round, swipe around face. Moisturizer with spf. I’m a little over the top with my hair, it’s really long and I like it. So I have a couple different shampoos that I use according to an arcane system of how long it’s been since I washed my hair last and how my hair texture is feeling and gut feel and what I can find easily in the shower. If you want to get into the whole hair thing, avoid blow dryers and curling irons/ heat, don’t wash your hair every day, and get hair products that don’t have silicates or sulfates. I enjoy a light conditioner in the shower and then a bit of leave in conditioner when I get out and let the mass air dry.
Clothing should fit you and be kept in good repair for its purpose, and kept clean. I have ADHD and putting clothes in a drawer is a disaster for me, so I hang as much as I can and put the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but rest in baskets on shelves, which has a good benefit of keeping air circulation around my clothes so they don’t smell funky or musty. Your guy loves you currently. You don’t have to go overboard to be someone you’re not. If low maintenance and low drama is who you are, picking up a 17 step skin care regimen is not going to be happy or comfortable for you. Adding a moisturizer might fun. Do one step at a time. I want to let you know, first and foremost, that you should wash your intimate area only with warm water. If you use any scented products or douches for your vagina and vulva (these can be marketed aggressively which doesn’t make them actually good for you), you risk getting a pH imbalance and that can lead to fungal infections, UTIs, and the like. You may already know this, but just to be sure. The buttcrack can be treated with water and showergel/soap, but no type of soap for your vagina. No scented tampins or anything scented of the sort either, same logic. Shower daily or every two days (depending on your needs and daily activity). Use a ph-balanced shower gel (PH balanced for your skin)
Hairwash can be every two days to five days (or if you are POC, you might be able to go longer than that. I am assuming that you are white or non-POC, speaking as one white woman myself). Go for basic, silicone-free shampoos, and fancier conditioners or hair masks. This combines “cleans your hair type” and “makes it look nice” the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but best. If your skin feels dry or itchy, reduce showergel amount, change showergel and/or regularly apply a nice lotion. Regularly remove the calluses on your feet gently with a pumice stone after showering. It’s not just an aesthetic thing – once deeper cracks form on your soles, they can crack even deeper and lead to painful infections. Don’t use shaving peelers. Side note: bras should be washed after 2 wears. The oils and sweat from your skin break down the elastic. Wash with cold water and NEVER let them see a dryer. Hand wash or delicate cycle in a washing machine bag or pillow case. (I have worked in the bra world for over 10 years at a specialty store that sells sizes AA -M, bands 28-54 and repairs the bras we sell for 2 years, proper wear to washing ratios definitely extends the life of your bra) The accurate washing method is soap or body wash on the EXTERNAL female genital area. Soap does not go into the vaginal canal. It is necessary to use soap or body wash on the external vulva/labia. There are plenty of soaps or washes that are not irritating, and it’s important to find one and use it.
From what I’ve read (mostly European sources, I am European based) and what I’ve been told by severel OB GYNs, soap or body wash is not necessary on the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but outer genital area (reason: the inner labia are a different type of skin, like the lips; and it can get into the canal). The residue of water/showergel from the general body area is enough. I have never received any complaints, be it at work, or medically, or from intimate partners. That is to say, my method has never resulted in problems in terms or scent, health or my environment. But of course, recommendations can differ. I’ve always needed to use some other soap product because the oils just don’t get cleaned with just water. I either use unscented gentle face wash, or baby wash since it’s formulated to be gentle on mucous membranes.
ALSO, I don’t think I’ve seen this mentioned yet. You need to pull back your clitoral hood to clean in there too, and just make sure to get into every crevice, like between the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but inner and outer labia. You don’t need to shower and wash your hair every day BUT you DO need to do BASIC HYGIENE: WASH your face, your nether regions, and your armpits every morning and before you go to bed. If you have large breasts you need to wash under them too and make sure it’s dry. If you’re heavy the same goes for any rolls. If you get BO (not everyone does but most do) then put on deodorant/antiperspirant or some sort of body powder. If you want to get fancier: shower or bathe with a rough washcloth to get the rough skin off. Then moisturize all over. Lotion up your feet and hands before bed then put on socks so your feet stay nice. Push back your nail cuticles in the shower or bath. Moisturize them every day. You can use a daily retinoid or Vitamin C on your face, neck, and chest (at night). With moisturizer over the top. Experiment with a hyaluronic serum. Wear a sunscreen on your face neck and chest and back of your hands every day. Shaving can lead to bumps- so you can do a wax at home or have it done- lasted a couple weeks for me, grows back softer than shaving. You could also do a Nair type cream that dissolves the hair and you wipe it off- works well but definitely not a daily thing.
And Crest White Strips are amazing if you’re a coffee tea or wine drinker- once a month or as needed. And go to Pinterest and look up long hair pony tails – all kinds of cute and easy ideas (i have fine hair and discovered the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but double elastic trick to make my ponytail look thicker and “perkier” , ways to make a better bun or braid etc) Ok I never had a daughter only sons- thanks for letting me share Shower every day, especially after activity. Wash hair and condition every 2-3 days. If you’re sweaty, but just washed your hair the day before, rinse, and use conditioner on the ends. Immediately after every shower, put unscented body lotion everywhere you can reach, and face cream from the collar bones to hairline. Well cared for skin won’t need makeup (makeup often causes problems). A little eye makeup for special occasions is fun
I shower every 2 days (sometimes 3, I have 2 kids, showering sometimes takes a backseat!). I always shave armpits when I shower, shampoo and conditioner (brush hair while conditioner in). If I can be bothered I will trim the May 3 2025 Tour Punk In The Park San Francisco CA Poster Shirt it is in the first place but garden but I’ve had 2 kids and my husband has now seen it all!!! I also like having shaved legs so will do those 1/2 per week. After shower I moisturise my entire body. I also have this cheapo hair oil that I put it when it’s wet. Can either blow dry hair or I leave it wet and go to bed, in the morning I generally put it up in a “messy bun”. Roll on deodorant. Or once my hair is dry I do the Jennifer Aniston (hair spray hair upside down and it gives a messy look. I think the main thing is to not be smelly. Use good laundry stuff and have a nice body spray that is good for a touch up. I am not put together like a lot of people but I’m also not is the slob category. I’m in the constantly exhausted category.
