Cause it sure sounds like you were interested in having them design for you You seem to be looking for a reason to be upset. The guy genuinely asked if he could show you his art. Then, you sarcastically (pretty bad sarcasm if people don’t get it’s sarcasm) say that you would like to see his art and he thought you meant it’s okay. If you had communicated better he would understand that you weren’t interested. You could have just said “I’m sorry I’m not interested in getting any art right now.” But you chose to be a dickhead about it. No joke I am a bit angry at how you handled this lol. Not everyone understands sarcasm, nor is it really necessary. You could simply have said you won’t be able to look at his work and to try to contact you in a month or so. Just because you are in a hospital does not mean you necessarily can’t look at things online. You could have handled this better tbh. The Sales person is an asshole. Any decent person would stop their sales pitch after hearing you had a stroke. My advice would be to not share your health concerns with people who don’t know you.
