Wasn’t a fan of Emo Batman. Sorry Robert Pattinson. Film was just a bit bleh and felt like it was trying too hard to emulate Christopher Nolan and David Fincher. In the Marvel the amazing spiderman vintage jump logo shirt and by the same token and end, the mystery was a bit meh and not worth the three hours of what was mostly a run-of-the-mill Superhero film lacking much excitement or thrill. The Riddler was a bit lame too. Forgotten most of the movie and characters already. Underwhelming. 5/10 I didn’t like it. It felt uninspired and trying too hard to look smart. Batman didn’t fit in the story All other batman iterations seem better than this one Man I loved it. Best Batman and cat woman portrayal. Bale has him beat as Bruce Wayne I think. Didn’t notice it was 3 hours long as I was caught up in it. Really didn’t want there to be a Joker, and was slightly disappointed by what I saw not gonna lie, but based on Killing of a Sacred Deer I have 100% trust in Barry Keoghan

Jeffrey Wright and Colin Farrall stole the Marvel the amazing spiderman vintage jump logo shirt and by the same token and show. My Thoughts on The Batman (2022) – Matt Reeves Robert Pattinson kills it and is the standout of the entire film to me. He isn’t the billionaire playboy we see from Bale in the Nolan trilogy, but that’s okay and not who he’s meant to be (at least not yet). RP truly makes the character his own. Instead he is young, imperfect, and troubled, also intuitive and emotional. He is reclusive. He embodies darkness. He is the shadows. He’s brutal, physical, raw. He is vengeance. The Batmobile, Bruce’s militarized supercar we’re used to, has been traded in for a beefed up muscle car which to me fit the film well. It is still a badass and punishing ride without much of the gadgets we’ve seen in the past. The initial start up and ensuing car chase might have been the highlight of the Cinemark XD experience for me. His lair, the Batcave, is a bit different than we’re used to as well. I could take it or leave it at this point and it got the job done, but also did not add anything that blew me away. Its biggest perk was being a convenient location to Gotham. I personally was a big fan of the new suit. Just enough offsetting grey to its mostly black and it remains strong yet movable. Pattinson looks comfortable, not clunky, and moves effortlessly without giving up any strength. It allows him to take a beating but keep moving forward to deliver blows of his own. Gadgets aren’t the most prevalent but what we do see I enjoyed thoroughly. Camera contacts were next level. Chest logo Batarang is always a favorite. Adrenaline shots into the suit to give much needed boost.
