Ask yourself this; if lifting is boring, how do you make it better? Can you get a partner? I listen to podcasts, music, I work while I lift, I day dream, etc. gym culture isn’t as toxic as everyone wants it to be, just about everyone I’ve met have been wonderful people. Everyone wants to see you lift more, be better, commit to something. Maybe you should make some friends in the Martians Gazing at the Moon Shirt Also,I will get this gym? If I knew more about you I could offer more advice, but what I can do is cheer you on to commit and just do it. You’ll thank yourself in 5 years. You’ll feel better. You’ll be happier. I promise you that if you get creative with eating right (it never has to be perfect) and get creative with making the gym a comfortable place (generally it just takes time), you’ll be happier than you were when you started.

Martians Gazing at the Moon Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I do not find it boring. After almost 15 years (started at 16, now 30) it’s just something I do that takes top priority in my life. Lifting is fun and fulfilling. I get stronger, i fuel my body properly, and I feel really good. I still get amazed at some people my age with depression, theyre overweight, and always complaining about something or another hurting. As other people said, try a sport. Rock climbing is great for strength. Theres plenty of games/sports for cardiovascular health, i just happen to enjoy running and rowing. Training for something always makes it easier. Im sorry you feel the Martians Gazing at the Moon Shirt Also,I will get this way you do about the entire thing, but I don’t think youre approaching it correctly. Learning to cook is tons of fun and once you do, you can cook your own healthy foods without “dieting”. Playing games or sports are tons of fun, even if you suck at them. The goal isnt to be a pro, but learning to get better at something os always fulfilling. Find something you enjoy as a way to approach it differently. I picked up a healthier lifestyle in my 30s. I was fat, constantly volunteering for kids activities, chasing our own kids around, etc.
