I would sit there literally all night I’m talking until 1-2 in the morning as an 8 year old. Luckily we had a dog and I’d slowly sneak the dog the food. I would be so uncomfortably full I don’t even like being full as an adult. Like if I feel my stomach is 100% full it’s uncomfortable and makes me feel pain physically. I only eat to like 80% full bc of being force fed as a kid.
