Here is a John Oliver segment about the Mahsa Amini, MAHSAAMINI, MAHSAAMINI Iran T-Shirt In addition,I will do this new trend in fleecing the poorest rent payers out there. This is basically a microscope on our homeless problem. These people, through no fault of their own are about to become homeless. This tends to happen in red states who see govt regulation as prohibiting their freedom. Drink your freedom. Last Week Tonight with John Oliver did a whole episode about this practise not too long ago. I would recommend anyone dealing with this or just curious to watch it, it’s both very informative and fun at the same time. And as they post all of it (minus the intro-jokes) on their own YouTube-channel I can actually link it: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jCC8fPQOaxU Just wait, they are going to put a gate on the front entrance to start calling it a “gated community”. Its going to drive your lot rent right up! It happened to a coworker of mine who lives in a trailer park. She can’t afford the increases and she has a full time job with benefits. On top of the gated community fees, they are also trying to charge her more because her parking lot size is larger than others. She is in a wheelchair and needs the extra space for her ramp. Her park has a community pool and she gets charged for maintaining it, but guess who can’t even use it because it’s not accessible for her? Yup! She has to pay for the pool regardless. I guess that’s what happens if you actually let the free market ‘regulate’ itself. People can’t even afford trailer parks anymore. We are all so fucked if we don’t realise how our way of living is so deeply flawed.

It’s possible, because you rent. This is why Blackstone is such a terrible company. They’re trying to buy every available property and turn everyone into renters. So they can pull this kind of bullshit. Because poor people are exceptionally good at voting against their own best interests. Oil fire on the Mahsa Amini, MAHSAAMINI, MAHSAAMINI Iran T-Shirt In addition,I will do this oven, use water to put it out…oops. Sorry. I didn’t know…Trailer is gone for them to deal with and you take the insurance money and leave. No ? You should be grandfathered in, you moved in under consideration of the existing certain rules of that time. The new rules can only apply to new residents. I can see a relatively simple solution, get rid of the 35k car in the driveway and move out of the trailer park. It’s almost as if capitalism is doing what it does best. Maybe 40+ years of neoliberalism has done us no favors, it’ll be fine next election though. We can vote for another neoliberal billionaire Something similar to this happened in my town. A pretty nice preexisting manufactured home park was bought out by a developer. They told everyone they had 2 years to move thier lower value homes so they could build new expensive houses and a community center. I think they offered everyone like two thousand for relocation expenses. I decided then I would never rent a lot space. I almost bought into one of these manufactured communities back in the 90s. Humanity is going down the toilet these corporations no longer think about the people, they only care how fat they can make their wallets.
