It’s not Putin’s fault that every single politician that runs against him is clumsy and fall out windows. Putin has just lucked out the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this last 20 years. His title of ‘President’ means nothing. Wait until you find out that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea isn’t democratic, your mind is going to be blown. Wait a minute…I thought this sub was called “NoStupidQuestions”? Are we not following the rules anymore? Basically anyone outside of Russia refers to him as a dictator lol. Only formally for political reasons do world governments call him President, everyone recognizes that he’s an authoritarian dictator. He is a dictator. He was legitimately elected the first 2 times. After that he had finished rigging the whole system to not only ensure he won but that actual threats could not. Since that point all opposition parties and movements have been co-opted and controlled by the FSB. And all opponents allowed to run against him chosen by them, garonteed to loose. Russia’s current system is called “managed democracy” because they directly manage & control all elections and their outcomes. It’s at this point just a shallow fascad of democratic process with the people having no legitimate choice. The only people who don’t call him a dictator are those who are receiving money from him. Putin is absolutely a dictator.
Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt: best trending this year
Because he has support from majority of voters. People in Russia dont want CIA asset to be put in power in his place contrary to what mainstream media tells us. does it really matter what we call him? dictator, president, warlord… the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this words change but it doesnt take away or add to his awfulness He pretends to have elections for his presidency but it’s 100% rigged and all his competitors end up dying or in jail. Calling him an elected president reminds me of the Mexican election of 2018 where 8 presidential candidates were shot to death and morons in theUS congratulated the winner when it was clearly rigged af The word dictator isn’t very precise I think, so that may be why it’s not used so often. He’s an autocrat and an authoritarian. Hmmm, I’ve met hundreds of Russians and he’s very popular amongst them. I’ve only ever met a few that don’t like him, and they said he was either to soft or had gone soft. No dictators call themselves dictators. Every single one in history called themselves elected leaders of the people of some sort. It’s everyone else that called them dictators. what? by whom not considered a dictator? of course he is. Russia is on position 144 out of 176 countries in the worldwide democracy ranking: https://www.democracymatrix.com/ranking.
I realised he was a Dictator when he bent rules to become Prime Minister after his term as President expired. After serving as PM, he went back to President. That’s all the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this hallmarks of a Dictator. First, because he ignored the constitution. Second, as President two times, and as PM, he was running the joint. Third, the only way he’s likely to end as President is with his dearh. Dictator is not a title (at least not the last 2000 years). Some countries may, and likely will, deny him legitimacy after the upcoming “elections” this March, so for some countries may officially recognize him as illegitimate dictator. Until then, officially he’s president According to whom? There’s not a board that meets to decide who’s a dictator. I consider him one. So do you. He’s a dictator. Because you judge him by your Western standards. Average Russian compares their conditions to USSR – it’s much more liberal. You can LEAVE unlike USSR
Let buy this Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt
Putin sayings he’s a president is the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this same as when napoleon had “elections” before becoming emperor… “I’m not a dictator, we held elections and I won 99.9% of the vote, everyone clearly loves me” He is, and he gets called that plenty. People who stand up to him tend to die “under suspicious circumstances” or disappear, also “under suspicious circumstances”. Elections in Russia only have ONE name on the ballot, Putin’s. He is in fact a Tyrannical dictator of the highest magnitude. Just because he hold the Office of President, does not change his authoritarian status. Didn’t start out as one. Would love to hear if someone finally clapped him off the world census, especially if the person who did it never got caught.
Because according to Alexander Dugan, he does what the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this Russian people want and the Russian people’s primary issue is that he doesn’t do it fast enough. Obviously there is dissent. To them his power is unaccountable because it does not reflect their will, their views are an unprotected minority unpopular with Putin’s supporters. The idea that Putin dictates his own will while Dugan lays out Russian strategy decades in advance demonstrates to Dugan that Putin, like Dugan who lays out this strategy, simply reflects the will of the people who give their power to Putin with their support. Because he’s operates under the guise of a democracy and because he is still in power. The people who speak out will be jailed or killed so they don’t. He’s only not a dictator by technicality, but considering all his opponents keep falling out of windows and his elections are obviously rigged? He’s a dictator.
Not so fun fact: Chess Grandmaster Garry Kasporov can explain this. He once attempted to run an opposition party to Putin. They wouldn’t let him even be nominated. He then fled Russia because he knew Putin was going to have him killed. His popularity with the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this people of Russia was a real threat. He can’t go back to his home country because of his opposition to Putins regime. The majority of the western world does call him that. Having said that, there are some countries where far-right extremists have been politically propped up with the help of Putin, so those candidates will often shy away from calling Putin something negative. 331 more repliesPutin is a dictator and is recognised as such by all rational people. Anyone who says otherwise is either lying or mistaken. Being a dictator is not necessarily bad in and of itself. But being one who murders anyone who opposes him, starts a war by invading his neighbour and is an insecure egomaniac makes him a malevolent dictator. He is a shitstain on the world. I’m sometimes tempted to have a whole pile of stickers made up to put on packaging for toilet paper saying “Pictures of Putin. Wipe to develop”. The only people that don’t consider Putin a dictator consider Donnie Moscow to be a rational human being and a genius. A small subset of a small subset of the world. The rest of us consider both idiots dictators, or far worse. We act accordingly and with prejudice.
I don’t see a lot of news about Russia to be honest, but Putin always seems to give the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this image of wanting to reach and agreement in any problem. It is also maybe that others countries fear Russia to some extent. So you will probably not see much of an extensive criticism over Putin. “Dictator” is merely a term, and needs to be considered like any other term. Powerful people and national leaders have all sorts of different titles, President, King, Emperor, etc, but never have any used “Dictator” as a title. And really, no one leader is, or even has been, all powerful. All of them have had to deal with things, which, to one extent or another, would limit their authority and ability to do whatever they wanted.
The question then becomes to what extent those contraints actually exist, and at what point are those restraints so few as to consider a person a “dictator.” He is definitely a dictator and definitely called one outside of the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this culty “news entertainment” networks. Fake elections and has his dissidents murdered over and over. Exactly what trump openly wants. Not considered dictator by who? Himself? They have scam elections where no one else can win. The one guy who couldn’t win but dared to stand against him was imprisoned and murdered. Who the hell is saying he’s not a dictator?? “Dictator” is usually not an official position. I think the only exception to that is the dictator in Roman times which was set up ostensibly in exceptional circumstances as a temporary measure to ensure a centralized command structure when it was really needed. People started calling people dictator in reference to the Roman dictators, particularly in reference to when the dictators are problematic (like most famously Sulla and Caesar)
Putin is officially a president, and it would problematic if he willingly called himself dictator because of its modern implied meaning, because that would be an admission essentially In 1999, there were four apartment buildings in Moscow and two other cities that were bombed, killing 300 people. Initially, the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this response was that Chechen rebels conducted the terrrorist attack, but then when another apartment bombing was stopped and three FSB agents were arrested for planting the bombs, suspicions arose that the attacks were false flags meant to spur another war against Chechnya and boost the popularity of then Prime Minister Putin. These suspicions grew when the bombing was addressed by the director of the FSB as a “Security Drill” and that the bombs were inert. Thus, the FSB agents were released. Official investigations to the bombings pointed to Chechen rebels, while all independent investigations were obstructed by the government. It has never been proven that Putin and the government ordered the bombings, but the degree of technical skill setting up the bombs, not to mention the difficulty of transporting such explosives to their locations points more to the expertise of the FSB rather than to the Chechens.
He is a defacto Dictator, because nobody else can really be elected, they are killed if they a real challenge to him, and everyone is calling him exactly that – A Dictator. This is something that i did learn a long time ago. If the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this people allow the dictator to stay in power for so long. It’s because they like him there, ergo he is not a dictator. For better or for worst we have 41 years of presidential election, which each side of spectrum winning and losing so often. Read “How Democracies Die” by Daniel Ziblatt and Steven Levitsky. They show the blueprint that other countries followed in slow rolling to a dictator. He generally is considered such. It’s believed he would win fair elections should he choose to conduct them but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a dictator. He wields absolute power. The rule of law is very flexible for him. He controls the flow of information to the public, defining ‘truth’. The consequences of even disagreeing with are much more substantial than being told ‘you’re wrong’. Elections, even fair ones, aren’t the determining factor in whether or not someone is a dictator. It’s whether they are subject to the same rules as everyone else and what the consequences are for not supporting them. He’s both a dictator and a terrorist but nobody has the courage to call him either of those things bc he’ll get you poisoned or disappeared. He was originally KGB. He is not stupid. I want him gone personally.
He’s not a dictator if you ask him or the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this sycophants surrounding him. By any other measure though, he totally is a dictator. Most serious people do consider him a dictator. But don’t expect an official declaration by the international order of dictators cuz that’s not a thing. Most dictators didn’t publicly announce that they were, most did and still do pretend legitimacy with elections, birthright, special magic etc. If it walks like a Dictator, Talks SH*t like a Dictator, Acts like a Narcissistic Dictator, it a damn Dictator..! Think it depends where you’re getting your information from. People in his pocket, like a lot of US government and media, are going to refrain from calling him a dictator.
Have you been living under a rock? People have been openly calling him that for the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this better part of two decades. Of course he doesn’t call himself that, or the state controlled Russian media, but believe it or not dictators don’t typically like being called dictators Elections can never be shady, EVER didnt America just learn this! All elections are perfect and fair. Putin is not a dictator! /s Depends on who you’re asking. Most people understand that he is, despite calling himself President. In fact, most dictators retain whatever ‘Head of State’ title they had before they usurped power. Takes someone a bit tone deaf or completely self-centered to dorn an extravagant title. Tactful people try to avoid drawing attention to themselves. Most of the time, the only reason we know Russia is behind something is because we watch them 24/7 and a ‘Promise of Refuge’ goes a long way in States like that. The rest are phone calls from inside the house (and interestingly enough, lack the tact you’d expect from these types.) One could say he is autocratic, in the office due to manipulation of the voting system, basically threatening people, feels like lies/propaganda and oppression… Because de jure he isn’t a dictator, the Russian system of government relies in the state Duma to make and ratify decisions. Of course, in practice he’s just a dictator with extra steps, but technically his government is still operating within a non dictatorial process… Even though that process is rigged to funnel his decisions through in what is functionally a dictatorship
Pretty sure everyone in the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this entire world except the idiots in Russia and their chucklefuck allies consider him a Dictator (pronounced Dick-Taster) with any luck he will fall out of an open window soon. He is by most especially those in surrounding countries just because his title isn’t just dictator doesn’t mean he isnt Hello comrade! I mean American friend buddy guy. Putin is definitely not dictator because Russian people have elected him fair and square. No silly tricks here, only legitimate election process and overwhelming votes for Putin to stay as glorious leader. Well, if you think about it dictators stay in power for years and conveniently keep winning their elections soundly…..probably because they kill off their opponents who try and run against them and detain their citizens if they utter even the slightest criticism toward said dictator.
He has something like an 80% approval rating according to all serious sources including those affiliated with Western media. I don’t think he needs to be shady in elections. After that, there are examples of journalists who may have given messages that go against his agenda that haven’t fared too well, but it’s nothing we haven’t done ourselves (Assange is our most famous example, but there are many others). Why is work in the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this American economy not considered Indenture? There are slaves in historical contexts with better conditions than some workers right now, and I don’t mean modern-day slaves in Dubai or what have you. Civilization has always been a veneer covering violence. Diplomacy is the art of saying “Nice doggie…” while you reach for a rock. Government authority is the delegated right to engage in violence or other coercion to enforce rules which we’ve hopefully all agreed upon. The veneer is just getting very thin as resource shortages, consolidation of global wealth, and climate change make the early 21st Century rougher and rougher on the people in charge.
Back to TopThere’s only two groups who don’t refer to him as a dictator; brainwashed Russians and his allies (other dictator run countries and the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this majority of the American GOP) Our presidents get more and more like dictators in the US as well. At some point, we’ll be more like Russia and China at the rate that we are “progressing” His other posts are “how did putin not kill nalvany?” and “how did putin not rewrite his own constitution to stay in power” Let me blow your mind: how do you know your vote was counted towards who you wanted it to be? Can you look it up? Can anyone? No? So you don’t know. Now I’m not so conspiratorial to say that’s happening on any significant scale in America. But I am saying the secret vote guarantees election denying and that cowards who will not stand on their principles vote en mass. I asked this question to a bunch of pro Russian folks and they said, plenty of people stay in power a long time. I was like “wut?” Lots of people have considered him a dictator since 2012/2014. But there was still an argument that Russia had some limited freedoms. With the way things in Russia have gone since they invaded Ukraine those arguments are basically gone. Publicly opposing Putin can land you in prison for years.
In the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this current situation, basically any level-headed person will agree that he’s a dictator and that Russia is an oppressive police state. Obviously he was a dictator prior to 2012. When he installed a puppet as president and changed the constitution to allow himself unlimited terms Why I called him a dictator just the other day. And also in this sentence, the one I’m current writing of you check the first sentence. Everyone in Russia who publicly calls him a dictator suddenly becomes very clumsy when standing next to windows and balconies. He’s a dictator. He has elections to give the appearance of democracy. But he picks his opponents and kills or jails any decent opposition. Alexi Navalny was his most serious challenger. Putin poisoned him but he fled to a hospital in Germany and survived. When he returned he was arrested for leaving Russia and jailed. He then had another 19 years added to his term. He was then sent to one of the most terrible prisons in Russia in Siberia. He died this week but the Russians are not releasing his body to his family because the family may have an autopsy performed and learn how he died. Russia is one sick country. Unlike America, Russia has no one trying to sneak into the country. Are there people who do not think Putin is a dictator? Wow. I do not know any of them on either side of political divide. But, I admit that I do not know a ton of strong MAGA Republicans. Perhaps they do not.
American elections were pretty shady. Shadier than what Ive seen in Russia for a loooong time. I dont know if you are american but im just pointing that out. God bless Interesting thing about Russia is they’ve invaded Ukraine this century. The USA? Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and now Gaza. He is very frequently considered a dictator, this is not news to me honestly. Not sure why after 2012, because him and Medvedeev (The Russian President at the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this time) had invaded Georgia in 2008 already, so he could be called a dictator then. Around 2002-03 however, he wouldn’t be called a dictator because the west and Russia weren’t really enemies, as much as during the Soviet Union or now. Russia also supported US military operation in Afghanistan, and wasn’t overtly critical during the Iraq invasion. That was a time when Russia thought it could be part of NATO because it considered itself European. I think the west really made a fool of Russia then, they did not admit Russia into NATO but also did not stop expanding along Russia’s western flank. However, Putin’s wars in Georgia (2008) and then occupation of Crimea and part of Donbas (2014) led him to being called a dictator. Putin’s Ukraine invasion is another dictator like move, so he will be remembered as a dictator by many.
What good is calling him dictator going to do? Is he going to resign from power because we now call him dictator? No, he’s “technically” an unelected autocrat. He has his political rivals and journalists murdered. He IS considered a dictator by most of the Lupe Fiasco Samurai Ninth Studio Album ’24 IF I Sage shirt What’s more,I will buy this world. Everyone calls him a dictator and authoritarian. As much as people want to say otherwise, their “elections” aren’t really elections. Navalny was the only one who could truly challenge Putin but 1) he was thrown in jail and 2) Outing just got rid of him completely now Because people who call him a dictator usually fall out of a window or die of “natural causes” in a prison….That and nuke clear threats. I have a friend who I just recently realized is a fucking idiot, and when I was arguing with him about why Russia is clearly wrong (he says they shouldn’t have tried joining NATO if they didn’t want Putin to attack them) and I asked why he’s defending a dictator, he goes “who says he’s a dictator?” Welp, time to put my undergraduate degree to use. There are several different types of non-democratic regimes and all of them differ from each other a little bit. Russia’s government is what you might classify as Competitive Authoritarianism. To maintain sovereignty, a government has to have something called legitimacy; legitimacy is basically the government’s right to govern. For example, many monarchies claim legitimacy through divine right, democracies claim legitimacy based on consent of the governed (being voted for), etc.
