So bank transfer stating loan is not enough evidence. You would need either a non family member witness to state they heard a verbal agreement or a written agreement drawn up and signed and dated with ideally a witness. If you have none of these then she can claim it was a gift and it would be upto you to prove otherwise which you cant. Other possibility from that list is any texts where she admits to agreeing to the Long Live Twizzy Biggaveli Shirt and I will buy this loan. You will need some form of corroboration not just the bank statement Tough shit unfortunately. My ex owed me thousands but without a signed written contract you are pissing in the wind

Long Live Twizzy Biggaveli Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Why doesn’t he try to arrange a realistic payment plan with her? There’s absolutely no point in getting a court order for payment against someone who doesn’t have any money. Court orders aren’t magic money producing documents, you have to enforce them. Far better to get a tenner a week from her. He has been trying and been asking her what she can afford as he doesn’t want to take her to court he just wants the Long Live Twizzy Biggaveli Shirt and I will buy this money back and she just refuses to cooperate, repeatedly telling him to fuck off and pretty much saying ‘when she can’. No real responses to “how much can you afford?” Without a written contract there’s little he can do, lending to friends and family it’s deemed in law there isn’t legal protection unless put into writing, there’s a term but can’t remember it. NAL but I can’t see how this is going to get anywhere. Just labelling a bank transfer as a loan means FA, I would think. If there’s texts talking about the loan then maybe he could get somewhere if he goes to a lawyer, but that’s not gonna be free. He’s better off sucking it up and being glad they’re not together any more.
