Just get a very defined timeline that is reasonably short for when you have proven your worth. Then do it if you get the Locke And Key Movie Logo Shirt and I love this same pay (at the end of the day its the same pay at the same place so what do you care? ) Then when your time is up you say I am ready for my raise. All the this time be polishing your resume and applying for jobs if they refuse you the wage or make excuses or try to delay then walk to the next best offer. Some will say only take the position if its more money but a title is worth something to be honest. It can help you get better jobs in other places. No, just NO. Fuck that. It has happened to me once where it turned out I was running my ass off to make sure everything got done, only to find out they were using me to keep things going til they found a more qualified person to take the boss’s job. Get everything in writing. If they arent going to pay you more tell them you arent going to do it. value yourself because bosses are never going to.

Locke And Key Movie Logo Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

This is a hard place to be, and I’ve been there. At least twice in my career I’ve been given a promotion with a “wait and see” mind set and each time I’ve left after a while to go make what I should have been making elsewhere because at the Locke And Key Movie Logo Shirt and I love this core of it, all they were doing was hoping I’d eat shit and stay. Knowing what I know now, if I felt like this was a good career move for me, I’d possibly agree – but be crystal clear with them that if I get to a place where I feel like I’m doing the job and they’re not voicing any concerns, the money is either there or I’m gone. As in, this “Trial Period” is going both ways. It may be a great opportunity for you. I’d go into it with a very positive attitude, but I would be firm on the terms. Tell them you will help them establish a timeframe to see if it is working out. Tell them you want to know exactly what the position will pay before you commit to the new role (after all, no one should be expected to say yes to a job without knowing exactly what it pays. The CIO and HR people certainly wouldn’t). Ask for the terms in writing (as this is a job offer) and ask if you can revert to your current role if it isn’t a good fit. I’m a huge proponent of being flexible, but setting terms first. If they don’t meet your terms, don’t accept the offer. It’s that easy.
