With doing the Linda Ronstadt 80s Pop Art American singer who performed and recorded T-Shirt moreover I love this actual research on my own about how my mental disorder, y’know, scientifically works, I was able to re-discover myself and enjoy the things I really want to do without having everyone surround me criticizing me. I got back into drawing, started to paint, make jewelry, have stuffed animals again, fidget toys, got into oddities and taxidermy collecting, and even surround myself with cool pets now (snakes are rad and lizards are awesome). I feel like the mask has popped off now from trying to fit in to just being my god damn self… and it feels GOOD. Now I’m just busying myself with art stuff and trying to get into healthy routines. Having a goal for the day helps so much I binge watch my 600 lbs life. Seeing those people and their struggle to basically MOVE really makes me want to do it If there is a solution to a problem, there is NO PROBLEM. If there is no solution to a problem, there is NO PROBLEM!

Indifference. Seriously, I have learned what I can safely ignore that’s going on around me. And that helps my mental state. A lot of the Linda Ronstadt 80s Pop Art American singer who performed and recorded T-Shirt moreover I love this news I ignore. A lot of things that come from friends and family and work companions I ignore. And specially most things from my mother-in-law who lives with us. Basically if it doesn’t affect me directly, I ignore it. Mostly it’s because I recognize that I can’t pay attention to and act on everything. If it’s something I can’t do something about directly, I have to ignore it in order to get things done during the day or all I’m doing is reacting to everything. Staying out of my head. I just dissociate and do something that requires little to no thought like maybe a mindless game or activity. Cooking. I get inspired and I’ve made some of my best dishes when I’m going through a difficult time, puts me in a better headspace
