He doesn’t yell and is great with our son. But if these two things weren’t true, then that’s a different story. Throwing this out there but ppd can affect the Let The Adventure Begin Sublimation Outdoor shirt moreover I will buy this non-birth partner as well. Once we realized that things got way better from the train wreck that was our marriage after our son was born. We’re not perfect by any means but our relationship is stronger now after having two kids than before. We try together to work as a partnership. We struggle, we argue, we celebrate every victory big or small, and we continue to show each we love each other every day. We take things day by day, sometimes hour by hour. Still new at this, but get rid of traditional stereotypes. Ultimately find what works best, find what you need for self care, be adaptable. I learned that I can go with far less sleep than my wife as long as I’m fed and vice versa. Journal journal journal. If you’re like I was and just pushed through everything and said “I’m fine” while dying inside…then exploding when you couldn’t pretend anymore…journal. It helps get your feelings out and onto paper to evaluate. When you’re having a hard time and need support or to talk, need him to change things up, whatever, read him your entry. This helped us sooooo much when we were at a breaking point. I don’t know your struggles but communication and bottling feelings was my worst enemy. I was fighting against needing support, but feeling like a failure for needing it so ignoring my needs until I couldn’t take it anymore. Also feeling like he should know…our partners can be oblivious and we have to tell them whats going on or they wont have a clue…even if we think its obvious. After I started Journaling and reading him what was bothering me one day/issue at a time, at the Let The Adventure Begin Sublimation Outdoor shirt moreover I will buy this right time(not right when he got home from work, not when he was irritated or tired, not when I was losing my shit and couldnt have a calm conversation) as opposed to releasing months worth of soul wrenching pain in one session when I broke…things got so much better.
