I firmly believe in investing in whatever you spend the Land of the lost sleestak shirt so you should to go to store and get this bulk of your time doing, eg a good mattress for sleeping, a good office chair and ergonomics if you have a desk job, good shoes if you’re on your feet all day, etc. I knew the ones with cloth pressed into the soles wax a tax loophole thing. Adidas are fine if you buy actual running shoes from them. Context: Ive been on a weight loss journey for around 4 months now and consistently walking 6 times a week for 8km each walk. This is the second pair of shoes ive burned through so far, im a cheap bastard so i always wait until it gets really bad to buy new ones. So far I’ve lost around 60 lbs but i still have a ways to go.
