Gymnasts, aerialists, contortionists, advanced calisthenics athletes, martial artists, more probably: “Am I a joke to you” Nah but you right, none of that broke into the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this mainstream like weightlifting did in the 80s and onwards with action movie stars getting sauced up after Arnold’s crossover into movies. They’re all hyper niche and unless you go watch cirque du soleil or curate your social media around it you aren’t gonna see much flexy content outside of the occasional music video. I discovered yin yoga and restorative yoga and now spend money on it (because I’ll never workout at home…) If I’m lifting weights, I can see my numbers go up. If I’m running, I either see faster times, longer distance, or feel less tired after a session.
Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt: Get Cozy in this shirt
If I’m stretching, I might not notice the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this big gains because it’s harder to track progress. Add in passive stretching, and I occasionally get bored because I’m just resting in a position with less mental stimulation. If you aren’t seeing noticeable gains over weeks and months you are either extremely flexible or doing it wrong I’m at the point where my other activities are hampering my flexibility progress, so no more newb gains for me. Accessible knowledge is an issue for a lot of people new to stretching, and they get stuck doing the wrong things, or having the wrong programming. the body of scientific study for the benefits of flexibility/mobility is really poor compared to that of the benefits of building muscle or cardio. so there is a relative lack of scientific support. most people don’t think about injury prevention until they are in their 30’s and even then, a plenty of those people don’t really understand the flexibility and mobility is a major piece of the puzzle Your question is the equivalent of, “why isn’t fitness or weight loss more popular?” It is useful, stretching, but not an easy goal if you are extremely out of shape. It takes focus and dedication daily, and not everyone has the capacity within themselves or lives. You are right, though, OP. Everyones lives would be far more enriched with flexibility. I think stretching/flexability is underrated. It is kinda an ego thing. People can brag about how much weight they move and it can sound impressive. Can’t really do that with stretching
Idk, in my experience, people are usually more impressed by my flexibility than anything else. I think because less people focus on flexibility, it’s more intriguing to see people who do. I couldn’t care less how much weight someone lifts. Seeing someone show off their flexibility skills is just more visually appealing and interesting. Plus when you get far enough, flexibility requires a lot of strength as well. There are so many poses/stretches to show off so I don’t know how you mean you can’t brag about it In fact i see people almost “brag” about being inflexible. People in the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this gym will see me doing mobility work and say shit like “oh i can barely touch my toes hahaha” and I’m just thinking ok then work on it lmao

About this Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt
That’s one of the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this things that drew me to things like calisthenics and contortion after years of weightlifting. Outside the gym your bench is just a number coming out your mouth but if you have skills you can do them anywhere. I’d rather be a show off than a braggart if I had to choose tbh lol Stretching serves a purpose but it’s kinda supplementary to the reasons most people do fitness stuff. Better education could help but a lot of people just aren’t that interested in flexibility. IMO people shouldn’t necessarily all be doing long passive stretching sessions, but it should be more integrated into regular fitness routines with things like yoga poses and more individualized exercises and movement experiments that can help with strength, flexibility, and mobility. I’m 23 now and the amount of people i see online, family and people I work with say they don’t stretch or exercise is crazy to me.
You don’t realise until it’s starting to hurt it should of been a thing in school that is mandatory either at the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this start, middle or end of school for everyone to be. It helps in more ways than one, most people just want to look good so use makeup or want to have a sicks pack but that’s not what it’s about you can still have that but on top you need to stick with it. I was depressed and really hurting myself from being hurt by others both mentally and physically mostly in school I was already stretching and exercising before that but it really helped even just to do it for a minute or 2. Because it is time intensive, especially when already doing sports such as bodybuilding, or powerlifting, or sports endurance such as swimming, running, biking.
And flexibility for exercises in training, e.g. hamstrings, calves, shoulders, can be gained from those same loaded movements e.g. Romanian Deadlifts getting into the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this deep stretch under load, or seated hamstrint curls, all will improve your flexibility in those movements, while training for the original goal of hypertrophy or whatever else. StretchLab is franchising all over the United States and I now see that they are offering services on cruise lines. So they definitely see some commercial potential in it, and I imagine there’s some market research behind the venture. Now, StretchLab is not solo stretching. A masseuse type stretches you. The logic is that he or she can stretch you in ways that you cannot stretch yourself. It’s not like hiring a trainer who shows you proper form and advises you on the exercises you need to reach a particular goal. Instead, it’s a never-ending routine where you come in and pay $80 a shot (or whatever it is).
I did it for a couple of months after I received an introductory offer. One stretch-person (a former ballerina from Russia) told me that I would never be able to do splits. Another person implied it. Maybe they’re right. In any case, now I’m back to my daily solo routine. There were plenty of men as well as women being stretched. Some were long-distance runners. Others treated it as a kind of physical therapy. I just wanted to do splits, which they seemed to think was a little weird. Probably because flexibility training is hard. Seriously, most sports/athletics don’t require extreme flexibility for someone to participate in them (and even be professionals). The sports that do require extreme flexibility tend to be incredibly difficult to learn and master–advanced martial arts, ballet, gymnastics, figure skating, etc. Because of the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this amount of body control, strength, and endurance needed, these sports require a lot of time and patience. Among my friends, people will do a specific stretch if they have been to the physio and that’s it. No one understands why I have to stretch every day. I even had someone tell me that since they lift weights, they shouldn’t stretch.
I don’t feel right if I don’t stretch. And I think people don’t realise how much it makes things better. My friends recently were talking about how they wake up with bad backs most mornings and as someone who has a family history of bad backs and broke their tailbone not so long ago, I kept quiet. I’m certain the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this stretching is the reason why me and also my Dad are still limber. For me personally, as someone that had done yoga on and off for decades and seriously in the last 5 years, I’m still feeling confused about why people say flexibility training is different than yoga, and can’t find youtube videos that do the latter that don’t seem like the former. Well, I’m doing yoga. However my goal is not flexibility per se, but is more what I’d call balance/alignment. I’m not terribly interested in extreme range of motion but am VERY interested in my spine stacking properly and combating poor posture. The flexibility training videos I do incorporate some yoga poses but are otherwise not very similar to yoga. There seem to be a lot of different schools of thought on how to improve flexibility though. It sounds like you have more experience with yoga than flexibility
Let me put a plug in here… I get NO compensation from his product…BUT… Hyperbolic Stretching is one of the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this best programs for gaining flexibility…. It is scientifically accurate in its approach to stretching and gaining flexibility…it contains isometric stretching exercises which are the FASTEST way to increase flexibility… Alex has done all the research…all we have to do is put in the work and effort to see the results…. And believe me… the work is HARD but the results are worth it…. I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks Alex’s routines are bloody hard . Thanks to his advice I’m now 2” off the floor with front splits and 12” off the floor with front splits. Before I started about 3 months ago I was very un flexible.
because flexibility isn’t what people think it is — if you’re hyperflexible, you have trained extremely hard in one location. Travelers cannot be hyperflexible but they have trained their bodies differently I’ve also seen folks buy into studies that fail to show stretching and flexibility to reduce injuries or promote health. It’s part of the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this pervasive problem where we see a headline from a media outlet and take it as fact. Haven’t researched this at all but in my experience people who haven’t practiced a discipline that requires deep flexibility theory(like dance, gymnastics, aerial, cheer, etc) don’t worry about it until they get older and things start hurting. Also maybe sports coaches aren’t focusing on flexibility as much as they probably should ? Not a sports person so unsure. As a 6 foot 8 guy when I watch rugby I admire how fucking flexible the big guys are. I think normal size folks only notice how massive they are.
I’d love to be more flexible but I also want to be strong and muscular and I only have so much time in a day lol Because for the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this average person, it doesn’t have any obvious and noticeable benefits. It’s not until you dance or do martial arts or gymnastics or you’re in your thirties with back problems that you start to think about how useful being able to bend and twist is, or your posture Maybe it’s just my algorithm, but it seems like mobility and flexibility have become more popular lately. Seriously though, working on my mobility has changed my life. I would have gotten into flexibility training a long time ago if I had known it was a thing. I did passive stretching (yoga) for years without any significant improvement in flexibility and figured I was limited by genetics or something. I had no idea there was more to it. There’s also a lot to learn and a lot of bad information out there.
It’s hard to bulk and work on flexibility at the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this same time. A lot of the exercises that lengthen and strengthen aren’t going to give you those bulge gains. Look at ballerinos, even though they’re lifting ballerinas constantly, their biceps aren’t bulging, they’re elongated. It takes a long time to develop flexible and strong muscles compared to the gains you’d get from multiple sets of bicep curls.
Northern Ireland! I live here and it’s completely changed in the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this last while and continues to change before my eyes. Even 15-20 years ago tourists were a rare sight and now I see so many when I’m out and about and there’s a whole tourist industry thriving around them. It’s lovely to see and although we still have our issues it’s a pretty safe and beautiful place to be Seconding this! We loved the Giants causeway, titanic museum, and wonderful comfort food. Take a black cab taxi tour of the walls and checkpoints and hear all about the history of Belfast during the Troubles too. It was an unforgettable trip. We spent a few days in Northern Ireland last April and it was wonderful! The weather was great and we did a ton of walking tours – including one about Northern Irelands history / “the troubles” and it was so interesting and informative. We will definitely be back! My husband and I visited Ireland 1.5 years ago. We went to various cities and towns, most of them in Northern Ireland. My favorite cities were Belfast and Derry/Londonderry!
I went in 2016 and loved it. The segregated neighborhoods in Belfast were certainly eye-opening, but I felt completely safe. Belfast is very walkable, has great pubs and is super interesting, history wise. The Titanic Museum is fantastic. Pitching in here. I’ve only seen Belfast and Derry (Londonderry? Not sure what locals officially call it over there [US-based here, please let me know], so I use both just in case), but from what I’ve seen in 2013, Northern Ireland was beautiful. I’d love to go back and see more of it, as well as the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this Republic of Ireland too — but more so Northern Ireland since we only spent about 3 days total there. That’s so nice to hear. I have read about the troubles & I know that’s not even close to actually experiencing life in Northern Ireland, but it’s wonderful to hear that tourism is growing.
Depending on the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this new reports you read, Mexico City. There are definitely places in Mexico that are a no-go for safety, but, largely, Mexico City has escaped that problem. Given that the flights are always full (I live between NYC and DF), not sure it ever went out of style, but people are talking LESS about safety and MORE about the great food, art, cultural scene, bar scene, etc. I went in 2002 and again in 2021 and there weren’t too many changes but at least transportation is safer (taxi bad, Uber good). In 17 years of living there, I have never once taken the subway or a combo (bus). Ubers are cheap and plentiful there – a real godsend to everyone needing to get around. I also lived there in 1997 and the air pollution is MUCH better since then. Loved Mexico City so much. You do definitely still have to be mindful of safety though, we took it upon ourselves to take the google maps route home a couple of times when we couldn’t get an Uber and accidentally walked through some very dangerous areas. Completely our own fault and avoidable if you aren’t dumb like us but I wouldn’t want to peddle the notion that it’s a completely safe place.
I was there in January on a girls trip and felt completely safe, at least in the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this neighbourhoods we visited. I live in Europe and Mexico is really coming on the radar here in the last couple of years (obviously it has been popular for US travelers for longer). Most Americans I meet go to Cancun or Cabo, skipping the delicious, interesting and visually stunning interior. I finally dragged my brother there (after I lived there for 17 years) and he was gobsmacked at how green and wealthy and COOL Mexico City was – again, depending on the neighborhoods you visit, but there are A LOT that are perfectly fine. The Yucatan is gorgeous to visit (especially if the seaweed isn’t too bad). There has been more drug activity there in the last decade, as there is demand from tourists. If you aren’t looking for trouble, you likely won’t get into any… I had a blast there. It was gorgeous, world class cultural sites, the food is beyond, and it’s pretty affordable as far as major cities go. Most locals were extremely welcoming and overall really lovely. And honestly, I felt safer in Mexico City than I did in LA. I can’t wait to go back.
The caves, hikes and lakes are incredible. I also found that every dog in the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this country was friendly and wanted to be petted. (Which was delightful for me) Exactly my thought but I haven’t visited myself yet. Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro and Albania seem to be increasingly popular among Estonian travellers. Skopje is crazy, you can hear the call to prayer from the mosques while old double decker busses from London with Cyrillic writings on them drive by in a city that looks like a mix of greek architecture and the Jugoslavia. I lived there (American) for a bit about seven years ago. I love Skopje and the Macedonian people. Super underrated, hope more people don’t find out about it! Ha ha I went to Bosnia a while ago and it was one of my favourite places I’ve ever been to. Fantastic people, food, natural beauty, and a rich history that goes way beyond the post-Yugoslavia wars. I hope to return someday. I’m pretty sure it was Bosnia that ran an ad in the New York Times many years ago trying to promote tourism. They assured potential visitors that their feral dog problem was under control and all of the landmines had been cleared out. It didn’t go over as well as intended. I don’t know about dogs, but land mines are definitely an issue still, I was told never to walk into the woods without the help of local people who knew where was safe. I went from Dubrovnik in Croatia to Mostar and then to Sarajevo. Mostar is crowded during the day because a lot of people do day trips from Croatia, but it’s pretty lovely at night. I also took a day trip from Mostar to Blagaj, a very small place with a monastery, where the river that crosses Mostar comes out from a cave, really beautiful place.
I loved Bosnia too, beautiful place I hope they offer flights from more places there, the Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports American professional racing driver T-Shirt and I love this timetable is still very limited. Both Croatia and Slovenia are beautiful. Haven’t visited Bosnia but I would love to I’ve heard it’s equally stunning. Albania is definitely underrated for its natural beauty. Bosnia is relatively easy to get around. Consider a river cruise along the Danube to enjoy Serbia. Montenegro can present a language barrier once you leave the coast. Prizren Kosovo is one of the most romantic cities in Eastern Europe. Macedonia has some very accessible nature by bus but you may need help finding the routes and time tables. Its awesome if you rent a car. Ferry services and water taxis are really good for the islands, but for the mainland you’d kinda be stuck in the busiest and least pretty areas if you didn’t have a rental car.
