I don’t order food online but apparently I have heard that they are notorious for taking too much money. I do hear many people complaining about their premium plans and how they still don’t provide much benefit . Someone does a repair at your home and asks for 200 Rs. People call it loot. If corrupt corporations with support of the government acquire lands at rates set in 1894, then no one gives a shit: I’m going to get hate for this but a lot of the time you will have to negotiate with the vegetable seller cause they will try to scam you. I have seen multiple vendors charging people 2x just because they saw them coming out of the car or think they are rich. A vendor near me used to do this too, he will say 50 rs for xyz to someone and if someone well dressed asked him he will say 80-90 Rs I really fucking don’t understand why we have to pay tolls, it’s the job of the Gov to build roads, pay tax then again pay toll everytime you enter a city.

Because maybe Indians historically are accustomed to free labour or something. They think it is a loot to pay for free labour associated with a purchase.
