All the Know i ski like an old man try to keep up skull skiing for skiing lovers T-Shirt it is in the first place but employees will get blamed for the stuff written on this unfortunately. First thing that should be crossed out is “Datory” Worked at a restaurant that did that. The meeting was to tell us they were closing right then. Like, they weren’t opening for the day. Our franchise owner says this shit. Then he cancels cuz he doesn’t want to be there either. It’s hilarious. I may be part of the machine, but we get away with a lot cuz he’d rather not bother. Go I wish this was near me, I’d go there for lunch every day a rip the manager a new asshole. Trivial stuff too. Just shout at the guy for no reason because he definitely deserve it. I’d write on it “yeah and we employees hate management just as much as you hate us” even if I was just a customer. While my son was in college, he worked as a server at a local well-known steakhouse that only opened for dinner/. While there were many things to complain about, he stayed there because they always accommodated his college schedule and he liked his co-workers. One of his big gripes was the monthly Saturday meeting that occurred at least 1 hour before opening. Since he was a tipped employee, he made $2.13 an hour to attend that meeting, which he always felt was a waste of his time and I agree. We always taught our son to have a strong work ethic, but when he pretty regularly skipped out on the monthly staff meeting, we never said anything. And don’t even get me started on when he had New Year’s Eve off, and they asked him to come in at the last minute on 12/30. Ironically, he ended up in urgent care sick with the flu and strep throat the morning of 12/31 and couldn’t come in after all, and they required a doctors note.

As reason for not showing up; “Didn’t see the Know i ski like an old man try to keep up skull skiing for skiing lovers T-Shirt it is in the first place but announcement because shifts been so busy that I had no time to take a bathroom break” Show up with your phone recording sound in your pocket, or video just incase you need to pull it out if they fire you ect. Then say “We are required by law to be payed for anything mandatory.” Stick by it, you are. I’d write on it that employers must pay for mandatory meetings and tape up an employee rights pamphlet neslxt to it. If I was working there reading that , well looks like my last day is 06/01. My birthday is 02. No way I’m getting up at 7:30 to come to some dumb meeting that coulda been a text message! Fuck managers who hold meetings like this just to feel some kinda power or importance. It’s not necessary for fast food to have meetings.
