China has a health care a system that covers 1.6 billion people so maybe it’s not poor people having healthcare. I’m always amazed at how people don’t understand how much money the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this us has thanks to being the highest ranking economy in the world numerous times or that money is handed over and the us gets nothing out of it, like it’s just thrown in a big pit and set on fire. The US Federal Government does not show up and “fix” infrastructure like China does. It’s on New York to fix New York’s problems and make nicer subway terminals. It’s funny how the Chinese transit systems have cause serious financial strain because they got under used and couldn’t even get close to paying for themselves. I wasn’t on mainland, but I went to Hong Kong last year and their subways are clean. No trash. No graffiti. Trains were always on time. It was so efficient.
King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt: Unleash Your Dinosaur Style
To be fair… have you been to NY recently?? Nypd isnt safe from being assaulted by illegals and they get away with it. Governor has turned that city into shit lol some people just don’t realize that not every problem can be fixed with money, nor that they are rooted by the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this lack of it. This is a clear example of bad planning, maintenance and management. It’s in this shape, because people who were put in charge to make sure it doesn’t become like that didn’t give a shit. But sure, blame everything on Israel and Ukraine. If we’re on the subject – it’s hilarious to see all the clueless “woke” Americans saying “mY TAxeS pAId fOR THaT” as protest when they see the war in Gaza or Ukraine. It’s adorable that they think they have a grasp of the nature of the relations of the US with these two entities. The US aid for Israel is about 4-5 billion a year. To put this into perspective, Israel’s GDP is 480 billion, and US GDP is 23 TRILLION. That aid, while very helpful, is a fucking drop in the bucket of an investment, that in turn provides tens of thousands of jobs for US military industry employees (both manufacturing and both R&D and engineering). These jobs and the demand they create provide far more income for the American economy than that aid. When there’s conflict on the planet, where one faction uses American weapons – that’s like a super bowl commercial for American weapons and technologies that are later bought by other countries.Israel is an American proxy that maintains significant US interests. Why do you think the US have military bases all over the planet, including in countries that are allies with the US but not in Israel? Because Israel is a pretty much the largest US base on the planet.
Sure. But you are gonna be upset to learn that you can also reverse this, and “show me the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this rest of the USA” turns pretty sour when you show them Canton, OH… Flint, MI. Detroit, Atlanta, Seattle, San Diego, anywhere in the nation’s capital that is not a federal government work zone…lol. The anti-China propaganda is really going to mess us up long term. It’s time to stop seeing China as a faceless enemy, but rather a competitor, and they are very much already in the lead. This pplies to infrastructure, public transport, power, and general science. The US has stagnated under the weight of a compromised political party that serves Russian/China interests, willing or unwilling. I’m more concerned about the money we hand over to China and Russia than the money we hand over to Ukraine. One of those is a potential ally and the other two are historic enemies. China doesn’t have to ask all the rural bumfucks if it’s okay to spend tax money on public transportation before they do it…
Get this King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt
NY is doomed to flood out now that the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this avg temps are creeping up melting all the remaining ice caps, why would tax payers throw good money into that ridiculous urban lost cause money hole. You guys keep pretending like the aid going to Ukraine to literally protect them from being conquered is what’s preventing you from getting healthcare or good subways but the reality is if that money doesn’t get to ukraine you aren’t going to get these things anyway because the lobby/most politicians don’t want to hurt their bottom line. It isn’t an either OR situation, this is just the excuse people use to let Russia steamrole Ukraine. Republicans will say “we can’t support ukraine, what about the homeless veterans” and then they slash even more social security.
We can have a discussion about how the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this military budget as a whole is way too ginormous and could be spent on other things, but not sending weapons to ukraine right now isn’t going to get you closer to nice infrastructure and healthcare . It’s not like we have been funding Ukraine for years besides it was the Republicans who ruined the new York to new Jersey tunnel way before the Ukraine war was a thing. Which would have expanded the metro systems massively. Politics in this country dont incentivise fixing infrastructure because it’s a little bit process and the politicians will likely be out of office when it’s finished thus giving someone else the credit for it. Yeah now remember that half of China is literally crumbling because they made the building out of the shittiest concrete you can imagine. This is effectively “look at the dense slums in America, now look at Buckingham palace! Why doesn’t America’s slums look like buckingham palace?” And its dumb.
I’d rather make substantially less and not have to worry about my healthcare (or public transportation), but this is how the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this US is right now. But public transportation in China is awesome and they’re pushing hard for green tech just to reduce the reliance on imported fossil fuels. As a Shenzhen local. I wanna say Shenzhen Metro lost a lot of money last year. Need government give them subsidy 1,283 more repliesAs someone that works in a school, food deliveries are Chaotic. I assume that creates a lot of “I never got my food. Give me a refund!” issues that cost the company money. Yes, my kids’ schools continuously remind people that it’s not ok to have Uber Eats delivered to school. They don’t want a bunch of adults wandering around campus. When I drove Uber Eats I used to deliver to a boy’s private high school in town. You had to drive to the security gate at the entrance, show them your order on your phone, and they directed you up a road that ended in a dead end. At the end there was a little turnaround area, and the school had set up an outdoor food delivery “cubby” for lack of a better word. There was another security guard at the drop off area, and he would direct you to leave the delivery in one of the numbered cubbies, send the delivery confirmation and picture to the customer, then make sure you turned around and drove down the dead end road back to the gate. The kids would then walk across campus to the delivery spot, show the delivery picture to the security guy, and they would allow them to take the designated bag. So much logistics and expense to get rich kids their (now very cold) food they bought with their parents’ money.
I grew up poor in a rich beach town. I worked at a deli in high school back in the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this 90’s, and my senior year I only needed to attend half days because of advanced classes in middle school. I would take orders in 1st and 2nd block. I even had teachers seek me out to put in orders. I’d leave school, clock into work, make the order, and go back to school in time to deliver lunch. Then back to work. I was like a drug dealer slinging subs to everyone. It was VERY lucrative for a high schooler. no shit, they’re kids. i know you want to take a jab but literally every school canteen in the country has kids spending their parents money. we just snuck out the wood shop entrance and walked to the near by pizza place for 1 dollar super slice of pizza then walked back. some times the shop teacher asked us to bring them some. Yep, plus if I worked as a driver for Uber Eats or an equivalent company there’s no way I’d want to deliver a food order to a school with potentially thousands of students on campus. Sounds like a nightmare.
And if I was a student I wouldn’t risk spending an exorbitant amount of money on a food order to a school. There’s probably a 0.2% chance it’d actually get to me, much less while hot. Yeah, a couple months back there was this brat whining that his school wouldn’t let him get door dash delivered, especially every day In a way, I suppose I can kind of understand because school lunches are not remotely able to accommodate allergy and dietary needs, eating disorders, neurodivergency and whatnot. But then the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this expectation is to make and bring a lunch from home. I don’t doubt for a second that some parents don’t want to do that, sadly, or the kid’s spoiled so now homecooked food is subpar to them. Yeah, they typically aren’t allowed in the building so they are left on a table outside. So literally anyone could just grab a bag and go. College campuses would be just as bad. If you don’t go to the school, its pretty difficult to find someone at some random hall/office, since ( at least at the school’s I’ve been to) not every building is accessible by car. College campuses would be just as bad. If you don’t go to the school, its pretty difficult to find someone at some random hall/office, since ( at least at the school’s I’ve been to) not every building is accessible by car. This is not even a little bit true. I delivered for years. Regular schools were a freaking pain, going through the office, signing in, waiting for the staffer to have enough time to come to the office…
We had maps in the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this store of both of the colleges in our zone, and I got extremely familiar with the layout of the two we covered. Also, when delivering to students, they’re almost always down to meet you at the front of the Library or whatever building they’re in. Colleges were easy-peasy compared to schools. Colleges have zero barriers to just enter the campus, and basically anyone you ask will tell you where XYZ building is We had maps in the store of both of the colleges in our zone, and I got extremely familiar with the layout of the two we covered. Yeah I remember in college people and friends got pizza delivered to their dorm or the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this library. It’s not really that hard. A campus is basically like a small town. Honestly, thinking about it, I really disliked how restrictive high school was, although I get why it is restrictive. At my college you can get DoorDash, but they don’t come on campus. They wait at the service entrance/loading docks, you have to meet them for your food. It works for small institutions like ours but larger ones would be awful. Our dining option is closed on Fridays and during the summer semester so you either bring your lunch or have it delivered. It’s a workaround. No one in their right mind chooses DD over the cafe when it’s open though. They have pretty awesome food and it’s cheap as hell. I was the very first class to attend a new high school, so I never had upperclassmen. It was just us as freshmen and then the new classes were added each year until the school was full. They figured out a lot of rules and whatnot as we went, it was a unique situation for everybody. Few weeks into the first year a kid ordered Jimmy John’s delivery for lunch, no big deal and met the guy at the front door. Apparently it was a big deal for the administration, principal flipped a lid at the kid and and called a quick assembly at the end of that day to give us a speech about why that was unacceptable and can never happen again. weird how a principle would freak out about unknown adults sneaking onto campus to meet children. almost like the law says every single adult that interacts with students needs to be background checked
Nobody snuck on campus they pulled up to the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this front door which was very close to a widely trafficked public road and met a 15 year old, not some small child. That’s plenty old enough that they’re spending time without adult supervision in public sometimes outside of school hours. You don’t know what’s been delivered and put in those packages. It is a liability issue if things’ slip by like drugs, contraband’s etc. There weren’t any bag searches or anything like that to go to school each morning, if a kid wanted to smuggle contraband in they wouldn’t have needed to use a food delivery driver at lunch to do it School probably has next to no liability. But they want to control the environment for exactly the reasons you mentioned.
Yeah, some rando in an old beat up car wearing a trenchcoat, wandering around. “It’s ok for me to be here, I’m carrying a burrito!” At our school (which is probably just about the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this most secure school in the US for a couple of reasons), they just have to sit there and wait in their car at security like any other guest who is not expected. The kid has to walk out to the security booth and get the food. Many of the drivers just leave the food with the security. They are good guys who work well with kids. If I worked with them, they would have right to test the food for poison. If cafeterias are like they were back in the day, it makes sense they’d want an exclusivity deal on industrial waste disposal.
They’re so extreme we even have problems with it for alumni functions. A friend of mine…who is also a police chief got he drink taken away because he went from one event into another event on campus that was being serviced by a different division of the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this SAME PARENT COMPANY last year lol I worked for a company where most of their buildings had fancy coffee machines, but this one building was run by a catering company so no free coffee or tea for anyone, at best you had a cheap walmart $15 kettle to share. To make it worse is they of course did everything as cheap as possible, the milk and cream they would use for the coffee and tea was spoiled half the time. I would almost always had to get it re-done because of shit floating in it.
Because of the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this location for me to go anywhere else, I would have to walk out a single door that only one person can use at a time, walk across the parking lot to my car, drive to a place, order, wait for it, come back, park, and walk in through a single person door and be back at my desk in 30 minutes or less. Another company i was at, had a small Chinese shopping center on the other side of the parking lot, lots of cheap baked goods, or slightly more expensive hot counters. Still cheaper then the cafeteria onsite and more tasty. One day a fence went up forcing people to walk around which made it into an extra 5 minute walk each way which is a 1/3rd of our lunch time. I wouldn’t be surprised if the catering company was behind it
I went to my highschool to pick up my diploma like a few years later just from administration and was ushered out the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this door and told it would be in the mail, it was but idk what happened the first time and they weren’t answering my calls so it was kinda necessary. A lot of the schools near where I live have just a straight up like plastic table or bin right in the front entrance of the school where delivery drivers drop food and then it’s up to the kid to make their way up there and pick it up This seems to be a pretty good system and I’ve never had a kid accuse me of not leaving their food or something It’s a policy and PR concern. McDonald’s got a lot of shit for obesity. They just didn’t want them ploughing unhealthy food into kids at school to be a headline or something a politician capitalises on It’s the same reason they got rid of their playplace, happy meals, clown (RonaldMcdonald) etc. Luring in kids with toys and gimmicks is fucked up for a business that is responsible for an obesity epidemic the likes of which have never been seen in history. It’s not something they chose to stop doing out of some good gesture of faith, no. These disgusting practices were put to rest by governmental policies to stop fast food marketing to children.
Still they exist inside childrens hospitals and school campuses. Still they build directly across the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this street from every school and bus stop. Still their ads are targeted towards poor people and they are located in low income areas. Mcdonalds will always be the soulless megacorporation fast food giant that creates it’s own customers through force. Oh shit. Is this why fast food chains have become way more office-y looking? I remember being a kid and seeing all the bright colors and the stuff for kids. Now they’re just bland. Get your food and get out. That’s more a consecuence of the “Corpo-Minimalism” aesthetic trend that started during the late 2000’s. Basically, people (specially older millenials which were starting to get a position in the work-force) didn’t want to take their meals in a “children’s box”, and the rising popularity of Chipotle, Starbucks, and Panera, with their more “pragmatical, modern, tidy and minimalist” approach, were a proof of that. That’s why not only McDonald changed the visual design of their restaurants, but also renovated its menu, adding things like “Deluxe” and “Signature” line, salads and grilled chicken, the McCafé stations, I think they expanded their breakfast options as well.
Among other changes, they also started to add Wi-Fi and more electrical conections to every restaurant during that era, so they could attract the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this “office people” and keep them as clients. Since then, McDonalds wasn’t a place to go “when you are broke” or to “distract your kid”, but now a genuine place to grab your lunch for office or even have small meetings during business hours. And while those changes seemed the take the “magic” from the brand, I would dare to say that the picture of the “golden arches” alonside a modern building with a beautiful sunset in the background, or those same arches standing out from the grey glob that surrounds them in urban spaces is becoming just as iconic as the pictures of the 90’s family friend McDonalds. Well, partly that yes, but also to appeal to a broader audience. They want kids, but they want everyone to eat there, and clown statues and playgrounds might not be ideal to attract older folks.
Nowhere. The revenue per sq ft of the King of the CulDeSac Spidey Propane & Chill Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this play areas is dogshit compared to regular tables, so most McDonalds operators have decided to no longer have them. But that’s a money decision, not some “we can’t market to kids” horseshit. The play places have mostly disappeared. Still one or two around by me tho. Happy meals with toys are still everywhere from what I’ve seen. You can ask for a toddler toy but I’ve never seen a book unless it was part of a promotion. Chick Filet however often has books I do not see how McDonalds is responsible for the obesity epidemic. Maybe they contribute a bit but all of the fat people in America are not due to McDonalds. Blame the parents for not feeding their children better.
