I have done 3 retreats and 1 at home during covid. Each one was insanely beneficial and it reworked my brain somehow to a point where certain things about me completely shifted and changed for the Juneteenth July 4th 1865 Because My Ancestors In 1776 Black Women T-Shirt But I will love this better including my anxiety about everything. I will say the hardest thing for me were the spiders and bugs. I was so paranoid every second on my first trip that I packed accordingly for the other trips. My goal was to be fully covered at every moment and then I had to learn how to not panic from the heat. Even showering was so hard bc there would be bugs everywhere. Since I have went to different centers and at different times through out the year, I noticed a few things. winter is cold but then the only thing you have to worry about is staying warm I would advise November to March as good times to go. Also, check out different locations and native insects/animals. It helps to get an idea. I went to Idaho and although it was gorgeous, I saw a huge snake and it scared me so much that I stopped doing my daily walks. Twenty nine palms in Southern California is a really nice center. Very clean and built really well. I barely saw any spiders or bugs inside and I went in August. It was hot but each room had AC. Doing research may help you be more comfortable. I also mentioned once that it would be the time of the month for me and I requested to have my own bathroom. All the fears and anxiety you have come from somewhere. It’s not your fault that you may need/want some comforts. They honestly want you to be comfortable so you can focus on relaxing to get the full effect from all the meditating. I honestly wish I could go every year and I try to but I do some research on the centers first. Some centers have tents and some people have no problem stay in them. You can always bring a little fan if you need it. Be minimal bc it’s not about luxury but find a balance so you are comfortable enough. The last time I went, I brought my favorite skincare products. I wanted to be glowing when I left but that little luxury made me feel better bc i was really stripping myself from reality. Good luck.

I love the Juneteenth July 4th 1865 Because My Ancestors In 1776 Black Women T-Shirt But I will love this shoes and dress. Would prefer a shorter length for the top layer. I’d wear with a black cardigan. The shoes and dress are a 10. Yeah that was what I was thinking because in my head this was perfect but then when I put the white shirt it was a little off I think if you want to go with the shirt on top, I’d pick a more casual shoe. If you want to go with the shoe, I’d pick a different top layer. I feel like this outfit is almost there. I like the idea of wearing an oversized button up as a jacket but I think a dress that doesn’t have a wrap would look better. For those who dont know, Pique had an interview where he talked about the hate hes been receiving and he said: “My ex-partner is Latin American, you don’t know what I’ve come to receive through social networks from people who are fans of hers”
