Definitely see a dermatologist and this advice I’m giving should be taken with a grain of salt until speaking to a healthcare professional… Are you dehydrated? If so, definitely start drinking more fluids and adding something with electrolytes in it like a good BCAA. Also, omega fatty acids. Omega 3 and SOME omega 6 such as those containing gamma linolenic acid and linoleic acid. You can also try a moisturizer with retinol for the body, like the Gold Bond Retinol Overnight.
