Assuming you want to keep your job, you’re going to have to negotiate and work with your boss, so your job is waiting for you when you get back. But if he’s pulling this stuff when you’ve given him literally over a year’s notice, I’d start looking for a new job anyway, because that’s a red flag that he is not quite as good of a friend as you thought. So unlike everyone else here, before you go expect to be fired. So can you easily find another job with equal pay? How replaceable are you in the Jokic Serbian Denver Nuggets Basketball 8bit Pantone T-Shirt and I love this company? Can you survive without work for a while? I would think about these things before deciding. If you have plenty of money saved to be out of work or if you can easily get hired somewhere, go on your vacation. If you’re risking being homeless, maybe not. But if you think you’ll be fired for taking your vacation, start looking for a new job now. Tell them you have this vacation planned and hopefully you can find a new employer that gives you an offer with your planned vacation.

Jokic Serbian Denver Nuggets Basketball 8bit Pantone T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Yeah thank you actually I should have maybe specified. I live in Canada and am also in no position to lose my job currently, especially with cost of living and the Jokic Serbian Denver Nuggets Basketball 8bit Pantone T-Shirt and I love this job market already so saturated where I am; impossible to find a job and a home these days so I do need to be weary. My savings would allow my to get by for a month or two max. While good at my job I do want more experience in my role before moving forward. While it’d take a bit I am pretty replaceable, and lots of people would love to have my job. This post was an eye opener to perhaps reevaluate the relationship I have w/ my boss and my job and to perhaps have a conversation(s?) around boundaries as I am a little bit of a pushover when it comes to authority lol
