I can tell you’re a perfectionist like me, so keep in mind that you are probably too hard on yourself, being driven is good but notice when you get frustrated and don‘t react to your anger, instead notice it and decide for yourself if you want to get angry instead of getting angry immediately. It seems like you want to alleviate some symptoms, which meditation can help with but the progress is slow and it won‘t help in every case. Journaling or mind mapping emotions is much better in that case and can help alleviate emotional distress and that will ground you for better meditation sessions.
