They set up what amounted to a lay of assembly line in a cafeteria. Then they emailed employees in batches to tell them to go down to the Jack Skellington and grinch Sonic America’s Drive in shirt Apart from…,I will love this cafeteria to get laid off. Basically everyone stopped working and stared at their email for hours waiting to see if they were next. boycott Mcdonalds .its an easy fix .shits no good for you anyway .if everybody boycotts them even for a month straight it will hurt their bottom line . besides wendys has Frostys McDonald’s currently employs around 2.2 million people worldwide, including 200K office workers. Their employment numbers have been dropping for years. So hopefully the coming layoffs don’t hit the United States employment pool that badly. 95% of the McDonald’s restaurants are franchisees. Those 2.2 million, most of them do not work for McDonald’s, they work for a franchise.

I feel like companies are pushing the Jack Skellington and grinch Sonic America’s Drive in shirt Apart from…,I will love this limits of just how shitty of a work environment they can creat for their staff before the turn over rate becomes too great. Like they’re trying to find that sweet spot of miserable through “cost cutting”. How long will one desperate person just trying to keep a roof over their head try to run an entire store by themselves to keep that paycheque coming? Until they’re able to automate everything and get rid of employees all together. Then they’ll play the same game with repair techs. Wash rinse repeat., My husband was recently laid off from his position of 16 years. We recently bought a home over the holidays and didn’t even make our third mortgage payment. They put on his celandar for the meeting and called it annual review. Usually that meeting discusses goals and you get a raise. Well not him, they fired him along with 12 other people. It was to essentially save money and have his position go automated. The CEO of his company was the weirdest person I have ever met. We I went to the company Christmas party he brought his mom, not even kidding. He made it seem like he was this great guy by gifting out all these lavish gifts and having an extravagant party. The following year, there was no Christmas party not even a bonus was handed out, and I told my husband that was sort of a red flag. Now he is trying to find another job. Hoping he pulls through soon with one.
