So is the It’s Okay To Not Be Okay Mental Health Ribbon T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this reverse true? if an employer fires an employee can the employee sue for sabotage and destruction because of their lack of income or even worse health care? What if they had an expense coming up, is the company liable? So you say adapt to that mentality and decide you will go on strike, causing financial harm until you are listened to, and the SCOTUS says you can be held liable. This isn’t what happened. You can’t damage company property and claim you aren’t liable because it took place during a strike. A strike isn’t a get out of jail free card. If you’re a pilot in a union, and your union goes on strike mid flight, do you think you get to just crash the plane? Something catastrophic is going to happen in the US within my child’s lifetime. It could be Revolution – not sure. Either way, China will become the world’s greatest power by then as well. “You mean us walking off the job is going to get us the same charge as destroying the equipment? Even if they managed to salvage the equipment? Oh well boys, we might as well destroy the equipment.” This is actually insane, and needs to be revisited when we either expand the court or when Alito and Clarence die off and are replaced with sane judges Starting to not dislike being in an at will state, but then again it still has its disadvantages when its abused by an employer.

It’s Okay To Not Be Okay Mental Health Ribbon T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Eh, you can strike, but you can’t cause destruction of property or inhibit temp workers from coming in to work. That is what this is about. Of course it takes a while to get down to the It’s Okay To Not Be Okay Mental Health Ribbon T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this description of what happened, and then realize that it’s a bullshit headline and the strikers were absolutely liable for that bullshit. Don’t show up for work. That’s a strike. Turning around concrete trucks mid-delivery and taking them back full, then refusing to empty them? What a shitty thing to do. That is willful damage, and they should be liable. That’s the kind of behavior that makes the union look like assholes, so the union itself should make sure that does not happen. Biden says he supports workers in getting paid leave but doesn’t think they should be allowed to strike to obtain it.
