Ever since that moment, Moretti’s glassware has added to the atmosphere of a sunset cocktail at Le Sirenuse. “I’ve been selling Carlo Moretti for 20 years in my boutique and therefore we were connected with the Murano glassware. Glass is a material that you get very addicted to, the colors are vibrant and the more you see, the more you want to explore. So I decided, Why don’t I make my own collection? And [from] there we embarked on a journey that took about two years to get to where we are now,” she says. “In the beginning, I was so influenced by Carlo Morretti’s style. I tried to follow on that path and then I realized my glasses would have been just a copy and I just refused. I stopped the project and started completely fresh.”
