Yeahhhhh I don’t actually believe this guy is a real CEO or that this is a real company. (Maybe, like, a one-man-plus-the-teen-he’s-grooming startup.) A startup CEO shouldn’t have time to shoot the It’s A Pelican Not Pelican’t Vintage Pelican T-Shirt in contrast I will get this shit with an intern. Plus, the personal questions he asks are clearly used to test your boundaries. Work smart. Be relentless. Take care of of your physical and mental health and you should be thriving through your career and life. He’s prob formed some shitty little LLC with a handful of part time employees and unpaid interns. I worked at a bank and witnessed endless people forming sole props or LLCs calling themselves CEO. His behavior toward you would be inappropriate for anyone, much less a 17 year old young woman. If you choose not to leave, you need to be extremely careful about being alone with him. I would also talk about this with your parents or another trusted adult in your life if you’re not able to do so with your parents. The silver lining in all of this is that it’s an opportunity for you to practice establishing boundaries. This behavior is abnormal, not okay, and you absolutely do not need to tolerate it. There’s one more thing I need to add. I don’t know what kind of job you have, but it is very important that if the It’s A Pelican Not Pelican’t Vintage Pelican T-Shirt in contrast I will get this two of you are ever at the office alone, well after everyone else has left, and especially at night, you should consider having someone from security walk you to your car. I say this because back when I was a kid my best friend‘s older sister, who was an essence like my older sister, had a fellow male coworker who had a crush on her walk her to her car. He literally kidnapped her and took her back to his place and raped her repeatedly throughout the night. She ended up taking her own life a few weeks later. I would like to think that your boss isn’t that horrible of a person, but it’s better to be on the safe side. No one should ever feel embarrassed about asking to be escorted to their car. The message I’m trying to get across to you, which I hope doesn’t sound patronizing, is that it’s always better to be overly cautious in these kind of situations.
