But alas, thats not true and these aggregators have found a perfect fault line and pulling their weight on these leverages. Tl;dr : Get the core ethics right into the restaurant business and you can be free of these high-comm-grabbing entities.

When profit making companies start to influence entire industries of a company, they need to be regulated to ensure that the industry does not crumble. This is the case for any service providing for-profit company that becomes a national Monopoly.
