Videos and messages from when I was 12. I cringe so hard, I can’t imagine watching something like that grow up and know I’m responsible. Also the worry of passing on my bipolar and Tourette’s, not something you want your kids to have to deal with. My peers have recently all started having children and they have either dropped off the face of the Earth for being too busy or they seem to always have some chip on their shoulder and are in a constant “healing” mental state. On social media, there is rarely a post or a strong with the father around. It just seems like they aren’t too happy from how their life has changed. I have always remembered myself never wanting to have a baby, but this has just solidified my opinion about it. The fact that giving a whooping when they do something wrong makes me not want to have any kids, because as a Christian it literally says in the Bible to give your kids a whooping when they’re doing bad things

Having kids in such a sick global society is highly irresponsible. As I said, I manage it well but I am beating the odds. When you couple that with an extremely abusive upbringing, it does not give me confidence in my ability as a parent. I just think that bringing someone into the world, knowing what I may be passing onto them would be selfish and irresponsible.
