I use to believe death was the Imagine a world where fabric is free and quilting makes you thin shirt it is in the first place but end. But after my mother passed away, came to me in me dreams, and told me she had to go home (heaven) I no longer fear it as much as I use to. It’s a transitional process just like the one you get before you come here. Your ego is the only thing preventing you from seeing the light. I never had a fear of dying until my wife, partner, and kids came along. Technically I don’t have a fear of dying, but a fear of how their lives will be after I’ve died… And I’m dying now, have maybe 4 or 5 years left, so that’s a prominent thought. I try to alleviate that fear by making sure that they have money (a million in life insurance), I just bought a house 18 months ago, (after I got out of the hospital when they told me that I have a 43% chance of making it another 5 years), and I make sure that they know just how much I love them every single day that I have left.

As for getting over a fear of dying… I got over it by dying. Many years ago, dead for just over 2 ½ minutes. Never had a fear of it after that. I don’t recommend doing it that way but, it worked . The only thing you can do is try to make sure your kids and wife are provided for as well as possible.
