You can be an introvert and still be good at talking to people. Sometimes people act like “introvert” means “basement dwelling anti-social”. We should 100% be working towards a future where people who are good at being chummy don’t get to cut the line just for that fact alone. Literally all systems will work better for everyone when we move away from networking/LinkedIn culture.
