I don’t know why but as a guy I love doing household chores, we still don’t have any house help even though we could afford it. I’m expected to cook, clean and do all homely stuff which I do but my brothers won’t even pick up their plates and keep it in sink. It’s frustrating. Never got appreciated for scoring good marks in school and college. I’ve been scoring above 90,throught my school and college. Graduated with fourth rank in the university but one of the brother made me feel bad about it saying I had an easy degree and all i do is study. In fact the degree was chosen by them and i have no choice but to study as going out more than once in two weeks is big no no at my place.

I’m studying my ass off to get a job and leave as soon as possible. I don’t want to sound mean and childish but my dream is to become very successful, more than my father and brothers combined. I feel, we have failed as a society if it’s only the sole responsibility of girls to do all this house work and not even be appreciated for it.
