The concept that you are dressing like that because you like it and it isn’t to attract a man is complete nonsense to most of us. Imagine your boyfriend wore a special hat that he ONLY wears to pickup girls. If you saw him wearing that hat while he was your boyfriend you would be like WTF BRO!!!! Simple. There are different social expectations of women that are single vs those that are in committed relationships. The simple fact is that though some women may dress sexy for no one but themselves, dressing sexy is more directly seen as a vehicle of seduction, which does not have great priority in committed relationships. Gym is first and foremost a health-related activity. Bodybuilding is a form of employment and gym is a way of fulfilling this employment. Dressing sexy on its own is not a job. More accurate would be to say: Why would you get angry at your girlfriend for flirting with another man when she is an actress in reality? Gym is not inherently “sexy”.
