Worked there before and after, the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this pets DM literally had no time for that and they wouldn’t assign anyone else to do the maintenance. Not to mention all of the people buying them possibly mistreating them. Goldfish in particular depress the hell out of me when it’s a tiny bowl. my local walmart wasnt so bad because there was a girl who worked there that loved fish so she took care of them. and she’d talk your ear off all about them if you let her. no idea where she is now but i hope she’s working at an aquarium or something because she clearly had a passion Back when they hired people because they were experts on something. Then it became “whomever is useless needs to answer the calls for fish” because any customer buying fish usually wasted that person’s time for 30 to 60 min every time.
Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt: A Unique and Creative Design
The result was people who don’t give a shit about fish being responsible for them, which resulted in all those cool pics of dead aquariums. They don’t want experts. Experts will sit back and realize the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this reptiles or fish are bad off in the store and raise complaints or better suggestions as to not have 25% of the stock die off in the store. I grew up on a dog kennel, worked at another kennel later in life and was breeding reptiles and applied at a few pet places, got turned down at each one of them. Meanwhile they have people there that don’t even realize reptiles needed UV lights, that the also sell in the cage section. That’s because people today decide they are suddenly an X, but have no training in X, but want to post content to social media about how they are totally an X now. What killed them is when I started building cardboard models of the Titanic and sinking them in the tank after I watched the movie.
The really bad part is when I decided I wanted to have real smoke coming out of the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this toilet paper tube funnels. Explaining that burn on the carpet to my dad was fun. Edit: another creative feature was using the little caps from new containers of deodorant as life boats. May have opened and taken a few at the store. We had a fish named Blue which was one of those betta fish that came in the plastic cups. He lived for over two years 🙂 I had a goldfish from there, somehow managed to live about 20 or so years. Ended up giving him to a family friend that had a back yard pond, and the thing grew to a few feet long. It was very store dependent. I’ve been to a Walmart with a very nice and well run aquarium section, you could tell someone on the staff knew what they were doing. I actually still have an angelfish I got at Walmart. Silky Johnson is still kicking, he’s a real trooper after being moved like 5 times That’s crazy! I always had the most trouble keeping the angel fish. It sucked too, because they were my favorite, but after like the 5th one died in a row after just a couple days – weeks, I just gave up on them because they were relatively much more expensive than most of the other fish, especially on my high school budget. I got a fish from Walmart back in the day and she lived for four years, she passed the night after we moved and I was distraught. Actually after that we got more fish from there who also lived 3-4 years
About this Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt
One I got lived about 10 years, but on the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this whole the fish they sold were not healthy or well-taken care of in-store. Probably a good thing. At our local walmart, the tanks were always in awful condition. I bought some tetras from them when I first set up my tank, and the employee, clearly untrained, filled the plastic bag with cold water. Most of them died before I got home. Growing up, I can’t recall the aquarium section looking less than well kept. I (my parents) bought many fish from there for my home aquarium, we always had a good experience. They even had a giant Pacu that was named “Big Bertha” and going to see it was the highlight of every Walmart trip. I always made sure Big Bertha was okay before we left haha.
I used to love checking out the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this fish at Walmart as a kid, I shop at Walmart so rarely that I really only recently noticed they have no fish That aisle at walmart used to traumatize me. The fish were in filthy, tiny tanks, and there were alway dead fish floating. Walmart is truly vile. Those fish were never taken care of at the store I worked at. They would page me to go to the fish wall to help a customer. And I would usually tell them not to buy because the fish were usually sick and they would die soon. Only a few Walmarts in my area had the wall of aquariums with fish in them but damn it was nice to enjoy the fish as you shop. I haven’t been in a Walmart in awhile and haven’t noticed the switch.
Several Walmart stores in Maine lost their license to sell aquarium fish due to the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this way they were cared for in store i.e. not at all. Tanks were often populated with dead and dying fish. I briefly got into aquariums in like 2015 because my sister bought my dad a betta fish unsolicited and I decided to give it an actually nice life. The aquarium section at Walmart was depressing. They didn’t actually employ anyone dedicated to it that understood the fish and the science, it was just a wall of poorly maintained tanks and if you wanted anything they’d call someone from another apartment to get it for you. I don’t like fish, I get squeamish with eels (the Dragonfish they sold made me queasy even) and I know nothing about fish care.
What I did have however, was the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this basic ability to read and comprehend because I knew to keep certain fish separate from each other, how not to put the fish into shock, and all the other basic instructions posted on the little sink area for employees at the tank. I used to work in the pet department and caught+bagged the fish for customers. The poor catfish used to get their sharp fins snagged in the net. I’d have to gently tug them loose, but sometimes they’d get damaged. One gets real talented at catching those fish with time. In 2016, I lectured some poor employee about fish tank conditions. I had no idea they stopped selling them just three years later but from now on, I will think that I helped cause this. Petco, Petsmart and other chains had stopped carrying pet rats Heard multiple reasons, from rat bite fever thanks to irresponsible parents, to supplier issues and ethics concerns.
What about the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this tropical fish deaths from ill-managed fish departments? I could just imagine how many tens of thousands had died needlessly. This news article here might explain why. In 2007, Walmart announced that it would stop selling fish in some of its stores. On a morality standpoint, I’m glad they stopped. Those fish were probably stressed out. That being said i remember always going over to the fish section and looking at them when i was a kid, i moved to another state and the Walmart there never had the fish section. Around 2022 i went back to my hometown and wanted to see the fish but they were no longer near the back. I wonder if the remaining fish stock was put on clearance? In Dec 2014 I bought a fish from Walmart. I didn’t know what I was doing, but I became very fond of Kali. She died two weeks later and I just bawled because she deserved so much better.
I used to see so many sickly looking fish. I also saw a deformed snail once and me and my mom wanted to get it help. More like up to 30% of fish deaths. That place was horrible, at least the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this one near me. I complained to corporate multiple times and they finally stopped selling them, this was well before 2019. Dead and diseased fish everywhere, associates freely admitted they had no clue how to keep fish. If you’re going to keep them then take care of them! I was so glad when the fish tank wall was removed at my local Walmart. It was a sorry state of affairs. More often than not, the dead fish outnumbered the living ones. The employees couldn’t care less. In doing some more research, it turns out that conditions at my local Walmart were so bad that it actually made the news. I feel like this has been a lot longer than 2019. This just brought up a core memory from about 20 years ago when they used to be in the store itself and this just reminded me that they haven’t been sold in my area for a very long time. That’s likely why they stopped selling live pets. Too much job training (that they’re not willing to do), and too labor-intensive. It was also responsible for 100% of goldfish I’ve purchased which were plopped straight into an empty, dry bag topped up with tap water.
Back when I was into aquariums Walmart wasn’t a terrible place to get fresh water tropical fish on the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this smaller side, like guppies, since they were inexpensive and typically didn’t die quick. However, there was no way I was ever getting any remotely semi legit fish from Walmart. I worked for Walmart in the late 80’s, in the pet dept. Management did not give a damn about the animals. 90% death/attrition rate…. didn’t care. They cared about selling the stuff you needed for the pets, not so much the pets themselves. Makes sense, but they literally didn’t care if any/all the pets died any given week. I don’t know how many times my manager would punch me out (time clock), which is illegal as hell, when I still had animals to feed. “Go home, they can eat tomorrow…” That, along with a few other mismanagement gems, leads me to believe ANYTHING negative I hear about that company.
I remember our walmart drained and removed the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this fish section only a few months after it first opened in the early 2000’s…because two men had gone in and pulled out the fish with their bare hands then stomped them all to death 🙁 When i worked at Walmart, I did my best to avoid dipping fish but i’ve dipped more than my fair share of fish because there was really no one working in the pet department on second shift. Most of the fish i dipped were either plecostomus or gold fish (which is often used to feed some other larger fish a customer owned). PSA, while Walmart stopped stores like PetsMart still sell them and buying the fish (or most of the animals they sell) to “save them” just encourages the store to keep stocking them. A sale is a sale.
The icon for this cut off half the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this “W” so that it looks like a “V”. So I see it as “Valmart” and now I’m watching old clips of Wizard People, Dear Readers. years ago we bought a baby piranha and all required supplies from Walmart to set up an aquarium in our dorm room. He was the size of a dime when we got him Eventually we were headed back to Walmart regularly for goldfish and little neon guys to feed the piranha. Walmart had the cheapest cheap fish, and we had endless hours of fascination watching the piranha hunt down the prey fish. Edit: and yes, the initial purchase was 100% spur of the moment when were shopping for other crap but walked by the aquarium isle and saw a sign for “piranha”…. we couldn’t walk away.
Eggs, bacon and toast. Eggs, bacon and toast. Why don’t you start your day the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this Girgich way with eggs, bacon and… Scientists believe the first human being to live to be 150 years has already been born. We believe Christie Brinkley is that human being. I tried to watch it with my much younger niece and she was like “ughhh! This is boring!” Ummm it’s a classic! Didn’t even know it was Bruce Willis until I was older and did the rewatch with her I grew up watching that movie far more than I should’ve… imagine my mom’s horror when her 6 year old son was running around the living room chanting “Flaaaaccid, Flaaaacciiiiiid, FLLAAAAACCIIIID!”I used to have a boss who was 65 and looked like a decrepit 100 year-old. Some win the genetics lottery, this guy didn’t. Sometimes it’s illness. I know 2 people in their 60s who looked great for their age, fit and healthy. Got covid and they look 10+ years older. It seemed overnight it happened so fast. Luckily their both healthy and active again but they still look older. What about stress. I’m in China 3 years of Covid crap over here proper fucked me up because of all the crap we had going on. I’ve got a bit of a background in aging–at least, I took a class in college about it from a guy who does research on the molecular basis for aging.
Genetics largely defines your personal maximum lifespan, but not your healthspan (how long you are healthy relative to your maximum lifespan). You can feel pretty good up until your last few years or even months if you do it right and avoid the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this unlucky stuff like cancer, falls, etc. Fun fact: For all our advancements, we haven’t been able to really budge the maximum human lifespan. It looks like about 120 years is what the human body can handle at its absolute best without molecular-level repairs. Suckers! This is exactly what the supplement from my step-dad’s wealth triangle does. See you all in 2175 losers! /s And, mostly … genetics. She was born beautiful and healthy, an archetype of healthy American blonde beauty. Because of that, her life has been glamorous and fulfilling, and she earned a fortune that allows her the best foods, health care, time for fun exercise, travel, and no stress or anxiety about having enough to live out her life in a dignified way.
A friend of mine and I talk about this. The Seinfeld actors were mid-30s much of the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this series. I don’t know if it was just how they dressed or what, but they seem older than I do now at 44. And people 60, 70 back then looked way older than they do now. I’m watching the Golden Girls and they are all supposedly the same age as Jennifer Lopez. The beauty standards for aging women today are absolutely insane. When you watch older shows, their wardrobe is what young people were wearing at the time, and they never really changed it as they got older. Jerry Seinfeld pretty much still wears the same style he wore in his 30s. I’m sure if you took a picture of Jerry in his 30s, gave him different clothes and changed his hairstyle, he would look younger than you (but idk for sure, because I’ve never seen you.)
Once you get to a certain age, your self perception is pretty much set. You know what you look like, but it’s not what you feel like. Even if you watch old shows from the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this 80s/90s, people look much older. IE – the cast of Friends were in their 20s when the show premiered but they sure didn’t look it. It always amazes me how so many people are fooled by generational clothing and hairstyles when talking about how “old” people look. More like everyone in Hollywood gets work done now. Normal people are aging just like they used to. Our lifestyles have gotten worse. You think people are eating more fruits and veggies and exercising than they did in the 80s? Take a look at a chart of average BMI over the years.
Looking in the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this mirror on my 70th Birthday and what do I see, I’m finally happy with the person looking back back at me I’m no longer critical and demanding now I’m grateful and understanding I’ve put this body thru it I’ve broken every bone, in tiny miracles I’m all healed in my heart and soul I’m home It’s taken 70 years to get here, in tears and joy I’ve found my happy, so now I’m going to end this poem, before I get too sappy! Happy Birthday Indeed! If people on this sub believe that any celebrity today 50+ still look young because of genetics, I have bad news for you. I knew about him having a prickly sense of entitlement to staff, fans, fellow musicians etc but didn’t hear anything about him being a douche at home.
Honestly, I think it’s just because he drinks a lot, or at least he used to. Drinkers are known for mood swings and stupid behavior, obviously. Which also helps with the Im A Teacher And A Phillies Fan Which Means Im Pretty Much Perfect Shirt and I will buy this “getting rich” part of it. What’s the opposite of a vicious cycle? Whatever it is, she’s been living it. Tbh she is still one of the most beautiful women in the world. Youth isn’t the only kind of attractiveness there is – She’s freaking stunning. You should see her in person- even though she was “only” 69, saw her while we were on vacation. She is remarkable, that’s all I can say. She’s one of those people that look like they have a spot lot aimed at her all the time. Genes, money, time, health, exercise and diet and maybe well done cosmetic procedures. I think she took care very well what nature gave her. I was once told by a South American guy (forget which country): in my country, we say you don’t have ugly women. You have poor women. Not only that. Nutritionists, personal trainers, high-end skincare, dentistry… Image is an investment, and her literal job has always been to look her best. She’s gorgeous, because it’s one of her life’s purposes. And I mean that with love and respect. I’m a paraprofessional; my money goes to supportive shoes and craft supplies! The drive to work out, the willpower to stick to your diet, the tenacity to maintain all the other healthier things, staying out of the sun, whatever vices may pull on her. All that always gets pushed to the side in these threads. Yup, she’s got money and a surgeon. That’s not all you need.
